Premises and unit are very good and staff very helpful. However fully understand shurgard storage invoice policy. I paid in advance and left the unit 18 days earlier then the date I paid. I gave the required notice period. However when I've asked for a refund they class your contract as a subscription and you have use of the unit until that day. This was never explained to me so beware of their terms and policy
Andy was very helpful, kind and thorough. He explained and gave great insights to how best we could store our products. Will definitely come back and do business with them.
Jake was an an amazing advisor he explained everything so well and reassured me the experience is easy and made me feel at ease even though I’ve been quite stressed about moving houses , and I will definitely extend my stay if needed only because of how amazing the service was! I had a last minute change of plans and needed a storage unit, and I was able to secure one with the help of one of the customer care reps, I believe Matilda is her name. And the whole reception and space was excellent. And secured. I would definitely recommend
