This is by far the best facility I have come across. It is tailored to provide a seamless customer experience. There are no hidden costs. The app is efficient. The staff is also very attentive. Ashley is absolutely lovely. Great experience, overall! I would choose them again.
Absolutely amazing staff who helped me with my move in went above and beyond to help me get the cheapest option to fit all my items extremely friendly and just seemed to genuinely care. Could not recommend this company more. I feel like my items are secure and I know I can email call or pop in to have any of my questions answered

I had a truly excellent experience at Shurgard thanks to Johnathan. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. He genuinely cared about me as a customer and checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure everything was going smoothly. Ashleigh was absolutely amazing throughout the process of getting a unit. I wanted to verify my Id and change unit size on the day and she make the process so easy and even showed me all the units which really helped. Highly recommend, thank you Ashleigh.
