Getting set up with a storage unit online was such a quick and simple process! It took all of 5 minutes. Excellent website, follow up emails and instructions etc. We ended up not needing the unit but when I spoke to Jacob (Assistant Manager at the Salford Quays unit) he was super lovely and professional when it came to canceling the booking and refunding our payment.
