Having had my unit for close to twelve years, I can safely say that the service has been exceptionally good; When I've needed to contact the staff, they've been aroachable, professionable, and easy to work with. The storage unit has been secure, easy to access, and met my needs. Can't say any faiter than that: HIGHLY recommended!
Joe was amazing!! Thank you for taking the time to show me around. My mind was pretty much made up before I even left the unit! He answered all my questions patiently and even showed me a few different storage options to make sure I chose the right one. Thanks again to Joe and Bobby as well- both were brilliant and made the whole process really easy.
Croydon Fiveways, automated storage with no staff present. Once you download the app & enter your code from an email the main doors & lifts work on request. Trolleys provided to easily shift your goods. Its clean, neat, easy to use; & some value deals. 4 stars as the call centre told me Id be met on the day & shown round but on the day got a code plus a link for the app do it myself. Fantastic app and easy to use. Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Very proactive and made sure I did t pay for anything I didn’t need.
Had a unit at the South Croydon Shugard for about 10 years. Find staff on site very helpful, particularly Matthew who takes time to check everything is as it should be. Can always get in an out using the app, trolleys when I need them. No issues of pests or anything else and most importantly, a good price for my unit.
