Fantastically easy process and very helpful staff. Was easy to book online and got a great deal. So much cheaper then I thought.. I then went to the site and met the manager Matt who was so friendly and helpful. I’ve never booked a unit before and he walked me through everything and made it all very simple. The site itself is very clean and modern. I’m really happy with the place and service - highly recommend!
Very slick efficient service, found my unit clean and tidy with a lock and set of keys in a bag. The whole set up is pretty efficient, took a star off for two things, continually having to enter a long code to get the lift to function, and the fact that you have to have contents insurance against theft and water damage, you're a secure storage facility, insisting on insurance is just a scam to up the weekly rent, a bit underhand and sneaky, people absolutely hate these slight of hand charges and it does create a very negati... read more
We had a really positive experience at Shurgard South Croydon thanks to Darren. He was friendly, professional and took the time to understand what we needed. He helped us find the right storage space and was completely transparent about the options and pricing, which we really appreciated. He also managed to secure us a great deal and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Excellent customer service – would definitely recommend speaking to Darren if you're looking for storage in the area.
I visited their facility on Brighton Road to enquire about their storage options. I met Matthew on the front desk. He could not have been more helpful, patient and informative. Showed me the options I was interested in, explained the various costs, advised me how to get the most economical deal and was a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed by Matthew and the company's very customer-focused approach.
Matilda was very helpful when confirming the booking, outlining the costs involved and answering any questions and queries I had. I would definitely recommend this service.
