The team at Shurgard in Southampton have been so helpful and friendly since we arrived with them a year ago. They helped us with our requests and made our time with them very easy. Special mention to Mackenzie who really helped us out as we were leaving!
We used this location for nearly a year, from when it started as Lok'n'Store to the change to Shurgard. Thankfully they kept the team, and they are all absolutely amazing. Shurgard were lucky to take them on, they really know how to make customers feel great -so a big shout out to Jack, Dan, Sue and especially Mackenzie who on our last day was really supportive, and helpful in making everything end well for us.
Mackenzi customer service was excellent during my visit to the storage unit. Everything was explained in great detail, he was very informative, very friendly, communicative and polite. If you are looking to get storage unit at Shurgard Southampton Mackenzi will look after you.

I rented a storage unit for 2 months. After two months I returned the storage unit according to the agreement but I was charged for the third month because I did not terminate the contract 15 days earlier. The problem is that no one informed me about it. It is not fair. I have bad experiences and I recommend being careful and asking about everything because it is obvious that they will not tell you everything that is important.
