Lewis was incredibly helpful today and assisted me with my storage transfer. He went above and beyond to fix my problem, and had a solution in no time at all, making the relevant phone calls and looking up all the different options for me. He made something which was super stressful for me seamless, and he very quickly resolved my query. Thanks again Lewis :)

Im really grateful with the help I had from Shurgard, I had to move all my stuff in an emergency and I was panicking because time wasn't on my side and a guy named Lewis went out of his way to make sure i was happy and he was patient, so polite and very reassuring. Thank you
Beware: Reservation does not hold the actual unit and can be cancelled by Shurgard at any time. They have cancelled my reservation last minute, due to selling out and just sent me an email telling me it has been cancelled.
