I arrived at 4:50 PM for my 5 PM appointment to access my 50 sq ft room, only to find the store closed—despite their listed hours showing they were open until 6 PM. On the 5th month they email to inform me my unit cost is increasing to £464 ensure a good service and upkeep. 28% increase! They know it’s hard for people to move their stuff to a cheaper storage unit, particular on bigger units.
