The staff were friendly and helpful. The site is spotlessly clean and modern. Access is very good . There is also a toilet on site.

A clean and tidy storage facility, with great accessibility from the main roads, including the A1(M). The facility now offers 24h access through its app which once you get used to it is quite efficient. Staff are helpful although I believe office hours are not amazing. But finally, although Stevenage is not cheap for commercial property, I found their prices high and most of all involving sudden increases in price. My advice would be to compare before you buy!

Excellent experience so far. Did the rental agreement entirely online - none of the "give us your phone number so we can quote for you" malarky. Nipped into the office earlier in the week to check where everything is and received friendly, efficient advice from the staff there. The facility is clean and well laid out. Plenty of trolleys available. The security app works a treat.

Never hired storage before, went in to the Stevenage branch to ask a series of stupid questions and was very patiently delt with by Luke. No heavy handed sales tactics just answered my questions showed me round and was just amazingly helpful. Great service. Thanks Luke :)
