Absolutely brilliant experience at Shurgard Self. The manager, Ceili-Lea, was amazing extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and made the whole experience really easy. Her co-worker Shanice was also great and very welcoming. Both of them provided excellent customer service and were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Shurgard to anyone looking for a storage facility. Great service from a great team! 👏
I had a small storage unit here for over a year. The app made it easy yo pay the monthly invoices. I have been to the Stevenage branch several times this week to clear my unit. The weak phone signal in the area mean’t that I could access the building via the app. I had to repeatedly ask one of the two young ladies on reception (different ones on different days) who couldn’t have been more helpful. A great experience that I was not expecting!
Very easy to secure a storage online. Customer service has been excellent, and I had to change the size of my storage and the lady on reception was very helpful . No issues and would highly recommend. Also the price is very competitive and the cheapest I found.
We had a really good experience at Shurgard Stevenage. Chris was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process very easy for us. We really appreciated his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him. Thank you from everyone at TOP CONSUMER LTD!
Took on a unit yesterday and wanted to change it to a large one than we'd selected online. Chris sorted this straight away and was incredibly helpful. Easy access to the unit, plenty of parking and trolleys and the unit and building were spotlessly clean
