Great experience with a self storage unit here. Had a few questions and Mark was really friendly and helpful and answered them all, as well as telling me other really useful information. The site and unit are really clean and access was really straight forward with the app. Mark and Luke are really well organised and made everything easy.
When we visited to look around as we didn't know what size unit we needed & Mark showed us round & talked us through the process & help us set up the app. Also when we got our box we got a free pad lock for the unit which is really good quality. Monthly costing was very reasonable & we can upgrade or downgrade unit size any time we like.
The experience received at Shurgard Stevenage is phenomenal. Location is exceptional and the facilities are clean and tidy. Mark the site manger is attentive, extremely professional and a credit to the business. Any questions or requests are answered or facilitated with ease and quickly. I would consider storing anywhere else as Mark makes your experience flawless. I appreciate your professional approach and totally confident utilising Shurgard for my needs
My experience with Shurgard Stevenage was extremely positive. The staff were especially helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Help with setting up the app was really appreciated too. Once I had the app for opening entry doors and using the lift installed on my phone, it was really easy and straightforward to use. Mark was friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. He walked us through the process, explained and helped setup the Shurguard app, lift and gates axx was etc. would highly recommend and we really thank Mark for his attentive and professional approach. The kicker was clean, tidy as were the walkways & padlock supplied as requested.
