Prior to a loft conversion, I needed to store items that had been in the loft, including items I was storing for friends who were waiting to move to their new home. I visited all the self storage units in Stevenage but by far the most competitive price-wise was Shurgard. The staff there were very helpful, explaining everything that was required of me and showing me different sized units to allow me to decide which I needed. The experience received at Shurgard Stevenage is phenomenal. Location is exceptional and the facilities are clean and tidy. Mark the site manger is attentive, extremely professional and a credit to the business. Any questions or requests are answered or facilitated with ease and quickly. I would consider storing anywhere else as Mark makes your experience flawless. I appreciate your professional approach and totally confident utilising Shurgard for my needs
Mark was friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. He walked us through the process, explained and helped setup the Shurguard app, lift and gates axx was etc. would highly recommend and we really thank Mark for his attentive and professional approach. The kicker was clean, tidy as were the walkways & padlock supplied as requested.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The site is spotlessly clean and modern. Access is very good . There is also a toilet on site.
Visited over the last couple of days. Not sure what I needed in storage, Mark and the team were brilliant. They answered all my questions they needed and help me find the best size unit couldn't fault. This team absolutely amazing help! Thank you so much!.
