I just got a unit here. Two reasons: 1- the price is good and even better 2- staff is amazing and very helpful. Shanice and Chris gave me the information I needed, helped me think about my storage needs and both are always friendly and approachable.
Good, everyone was helpful. The only thing I would change is the way pricing is advertised. It was not clear to me until I wanted to go ahead, that we also needed to add extra for insurance, so this increased the monthly price to higher than initially expected (it was still cheaper than competitors but deal was not as good as we thought).
When we visited to look around as we didn't know what size unit we needed & Mark showed us round & talked us through the process & help us set up the app. Also when we got our box we got a free pad lock for the unit which is really good quality. Monthly costing was very reasonable & we can upgrade or downgrade unit size any time we like.
Our experience with Shurguard has been excellent. The Shurguard team supported us throughout the process and were consistently engaging, responsive and available. Shurguard provide a compelling, competitive service, delivered by a professional, accessible and supportive team.
Used from Mar2026. Good value, clean, quiet, secure, boxes available to buy if you need to buy them. Needs a smartphone. The security system depends upon a smartphone app as your key into the facility and, in the lifts, to the floor on which your unit is located. There is no non-smartphone alternative access.
