Great experience with a self storage unit here. Had a few questions and Mark was really friendly and helpful and answered them all, as well as telling me other really useful information. The site and unit are really clean and access was really straight forward with the app. Mark and Luke are really well organised and made everything easy.
When we visited to look around as we didn't know what size unit we needed & Mark showed us round & talked us through the process & help us set up the app. Also when we got our box we got a free pad lock for the unit which is really good quality. Monthly costing was very reasonable & we can upgrade or downgrade unit size any time we like.
Used from Mar2026. Good value, clean, quiet, secure, boxes available to buy if you need to buy them. Needs a smartphone. The security system depends upon a smartphone app as your key into the facility and, in the lifts, to the floor on which your unit is located. There is no non-smartphone alternative access.
