Wonderful service. It took only a moment to book storage, and I had access just minutes later. When I needed to change storage lockers, they sorted out everything without me having to ask, and were happy to transfer my credit to the new locker. Really friendly and helpful!
All people working there are very nice. During problems with the online booking procedure Emma and Fanny helped me a lot and after arriving there Josefin was incredibly kind and answered all questions and showed us everything we needed to store our belongings.
I recently had the pleasure of using Shurgard Vanadis for my storage needs while I was abroad, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly set them apart was their manager, Felix. During our time at Shurgard, we encountered several issues with DHL for picking up and returning our moving boxes. The service at the Vanadis office was very good, helpful and informative. We got all the necessary questions answered. Just wish the garage way is a bit wider. Otherwise we are very satisfied with Vanadis storage.
5 stars to the staff, but pricing and not having an electrical motorised buggy to take stuff up and down the 50 meter steep-incline ramp means 4 stars is a stretch. But living in the city and only intermittently having access to wheels the practicality gets the outfit a 4 star total anyway. Very small pickup/delivery van can navigate all the way down, but nothing taller than 220 CM will fit.
