⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After getting my unit, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to fit everything in. I started to panic, thinking I might have to get rid of some things, sell a few items, or leave them with friends. After searching for other options, I decided to ask the staff at Shurgard if I could upgrade to a bigger unit. This was on the 16th of October, and I was assisted by a lovely lady named Bryony. The offer was good no hidden fees. The move in process was so easy and straightforward. The staff were amazing and helpful. The monthly charge isn’t too high as well. Overall the service and the amount were pretty decent. Definitely recommend checking them out.
From the start the staff are so welcoming and helpful building is always tidy. They are really helpful in making that choice of what size unit this company is far the cheapest in Swindon. I did some research but for me it's about the place and the staff 10/10 if you ask me.my unit was clean when I had it.
Very helpful team. On my moving in day I met Sam, who very polite and professional. Everything well explained e.g. how everything works, rules and when to give a notice. Thank you very much for your help and assistance :) Mateusz
Friendly and helpful. But I could of done with a wider unit . But was out of luck for the moment. Managed with great skill to fit all the truck of things in a unit. That shouldn't be possible lol
