The team at Shurgard have been great, the space was clean, secure and easily accessible; we’ve had no issues at all. The unit served its purpose perfectly. Would happily use Shurgard again if we ever need more storage in the future. ⭐
I went into the store on Tuesday , with many amount of questions. I’m glad to say (after being greeted so kindly ) that Bryony was an amazing help with my concerns . She was happy to deal with any problems that I had . I couldn’t recommend the service and the company more . Great things all around .
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After getting my unit, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to fit everything in. I started to panic, thinking I might have to get rid of some things, sell a few items, or leave them with friends. After searching for other options, I decided to ask the staff at Shurgard if I could upgrade to a bigger unit. This was on the 16th of October, and I was assisted by a lovely lady named Bryony. Mostly dealt with David who was always really pleasant and knowledgeable. Easy to check in and out and storage unit rates are reasonable and I hired a bigger one as cheaper than the smaller! Only let down is that they only have one late night opening so difficult to access if you work.
I visited the other day has i was looking to rent a unit for next month when I got there i was made welcome from the start the two lady's that where working on the day where very helpful. Talked me though everything and explained about the prices and sizes I may need . So I just wanted to say thank you to Bryony and I think the other lady was called Clare
