Absolutely happy with the experience so far. The facilities are clean, organised and well ventilated. The use of trolleys is very handy and the entire process to get in, storage and get out is quite straight forward. Biggest shoutout to the staff, specially Bryony that walked me through it, answered all my questions and is genuinely caring and resourceful!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After getting my unit, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to fit everything in. I started to panic, thinking I might have to get rid of some things, sell a few items, or leave them with friends. The process was very slick. Signed up online and was able to access the storage from the next day. The very helpful staff guided us through the process and we are now happily accessing it as required. Swindon staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
