I booked a unit at the Swindon branch to store household items while between houses. The storage house is tidy, easy to navigate and well equipped with trolleys and lift access. I had the pleasure of being in contact with David, Bryony and Clare on separate occasions (for a scoping visit, move in and administrative help respectively). Absolutely happy with the experience so far. The facilities are clean, organised and well ventilated. The use of trolleys is very handy and the entire process to get in, storage and get out is quite straight forward. Biggest shoutout to the staff, specially Bryony that walked me through it, answered all my questions and is genuinely caring and resourceful!
