Great facilities. Containers are a good size. The staff were really helpful and we're able to recommend the perfect size for us based on the items we'd be putting into storage while we move house.
Claire, Tim and Nancy are the friendliest team, they truly make us feel so welcome. They truly go above and beyond for us. As well as being staff they are friends to us. Many thanks to the team. Will never be moving our unit.
Tim was very friendly showing us around and helping us choose the appropriate option. He was also attentive and made our visit efficient and hassle free.
The customer service from Tim, Claire & Nancie at Shurgard Tonbridge is amazing. From my initial enquiry to ‘moving in’, has been so easy. I needed a specific size unit and the team communicated with me constantly until one became available. I also needed an additional unit short term at very short notice and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. This is my first experience using self-storage and it has been excellent. I would highly recommend using Shugard Tonbridge. Thank you so much for all your help.
