Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to book online, access to store was so simple and convenient. Units were very clean as were all other aspects -trolleys, lift, corridors. Exceptionally large and open forecourt made for easy and convenient parking. Would definitely recommend.
Smooth booking process. Nancie and Tim made sure everything was clear prior to moving in and how to gain access as it was at the weekend. I also made an error on the size I needed and they were really helpful in sorting this out for me. Super friendly team. Lots of trolleys available to support moving in, all storage containers very clean.

Being a customer over a month now. Tim and nancy was a great support through out the time. Felt very safe and was very easy to move in and out even larger stuffs . Also got a nice offer on the unit aswell. I will highly recommend shurgard.
