Friendly & professional! Nancy phoned me the day before my booking to say they were expecting me. Tim is great! He took me through a streamlined process using the app. Super clean, spacious warehouse that I can access with the Bluetooth system if out of office hours.
Claire, Tim and Nancy are the friendliest team, they truly make us feel so welcome. They truly go above and beyond for us. As well as being staff they are friends to us. Many thanks to the team. Will never be moving our unit.
Great facilities. Containers are a good size. The staff were really helpful and we're able to recommend the perfect size for us based on the items we'd be putting into storage while we move house.
Nancie went above and beyond for me when I asked her to help me with some paperwork I needed from an old account I had. Thank you sooooooo much. Didn’t think you could get customer service like that anymore!!!
Very helpful staff, putting my boxes together and assisting me to my car. The boxes are well made and strong enough for some heavier items.
