This review could be misleading as a 5* will add to Shurguards 'tally' but in truth I'm only rating Nancie's service in Tonbridge. She is incredibly helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She really made the process very straight forward for me, showed me the unit, the features of the App & how it worked the door and is all in all, a massive asset to this shambles of a company. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to book online, access to store was so simple and convenient. Units were very clean as were all other aspects -trolleys, lift, corridors. Exceptionally large and open forecourt made for easy and convenient parking. Would definitely recommend.
Smooth booking process. Nancie and Tim made sure everything was clear prior to moving in and how to gain access as it was at the weekend. I also made an error on the size I needed and they were really helpful in sorting this out for me. Super friendly team. Lots of trolleys available to support moving in, all storage containers very clean.
