Very happy with Shurgard Tonbridge. Straight forward booking and Nancy in the office helped me download the app and get set up, she went above and beyond to get me the unit I needed for my business. Absolute pleasure using the place and will likely be back and forth for as long as they're in Tonbridge. For both business and personal use, best prices and convenience this is the facility I'd recommend most (I've tried many)
Everything about Shurgard has been amazing :). Having reserved a unit online I had a couple of questions, the call centre was great and quickly addressed my concerns. The move into the unit using the really intuitive app went smoothly (even with me moving in 'out of hours'). Nancie at Tonbridge has also been brilliant, she's made me feel welcome and is very approachable. I will definitely be recommending Shurgard to my friends and family.
Found this storage company online by chance, primarily due to it's close proximity to my new home. Upon arrival I wasn't sure what to expect but Nancie was lovely, knowledgeable and set my mind at ease. I visited the Tonbridge branch today with a view to looking at a unit to rent. Amy showed me the unit and talked me through everything which was really helpful! She really knew her stuff and covered all the things I hadn’t even thought of. I went on to rent the unit while in the branch because Amy made the whole process so simple, we got through the paperwork in less than 10 minutes and she even got me setup in the app in preparation for us taking on the unit. Really impressed with how everything went.
I'd rented a locker some years ago here and when I needed to rent another, I returned as the experience had been so good. Nancie recognised me and she is extremely knowledgeable and professional but most of all friendly and helpful when getting started and showing how the system worked. I look forward to seeing her on future visits.
