⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Adil at Shurgard. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Clean facility. App easy to use. Staff at office very helpful. I came a day earlier and Dean was very helpful with explaining how the system worked. The only negative for which I deducted 1 star.- no toilets available for customers. A few other customers while I was there were looking for toilets. In the end had to find a restaurant that had a toilet I could use.
Everything was good , from helping , clean, Security wise is very good aswel. I’m happy with the staff aswel , adil & Dean was really helpfull. If anything the storage (65 ft ) needs to have light inside.
Really handy storage facility with a straightforward setup and friendly staff who made the whole process feel easy. I used it while moving house and it was a proper lifesaver for keeping furniture and boxes safe for a few weeks. The site was clean, secure and well organised, though the access could be a touch smoother at busy times. Still, a solid choice overall and I’d happily use Shurgard Self Storage Tottenham again.
