Adil was absolutely amazing with helpfulness and patience when showing us around and answering our questions but it seemed apparent that he was on his own and in demand with phonecalls and other people turning up at the office, which raises questions about staff cover and security. Overall, however, we were ok with the facility.
Garman Road Staff Dean and Adil were outstanding! They were friendly, professional and genuinely attentive. On Friday 30th January, I was very stressful and from the moment I arrived they helped me through out my visit and setting up my account with extreme patience and compassion. Clean facility. App easy to use. Staff at office very helpful. I came a day earlier and Dean was very helpful with explaining how the system worked. The only negative for which I deducted 1 star.- no toilets available for customers. A few other customers while I was there were looking for toilets. In the end had to find a restaurant that had a toilet I could use.
Excellent service. The staff member (Adil) that took me through the process of renting storage was very helpful. I have worked in customer service for over a decade and it is rare to find such helpful and supportive staff. Thank you.
