Adil was absolutely amazing with helpfulness and patience when showing us around and answering our questions but it seemed apparent that he was on his own and in demand with phonecalls and other people turning up at the office, which raises questions about staff cover and security. Overall, however, we were ok with the facility.
Garman Road Staff Dean and Adil were outstanding! They were friendly, professional and genuinely attentive. On Friday 30th January, I was very stressful and from the moment I arrived they helped me through out my visit and setting up my account with extreme patience and compassion.
