Adil was absolutely amazing with helpfulness and patience when showing us around and answering our questions but it seemed apparent that he was on his own and in demand with phonecalls and other people turning up at the office, which raises questions about staff cover and security. Overall, however, we were ok with the facility.
I wanted to rent a storage unit while moving homes and chose Shurguard because the initial process was very easy. Selecting the storage unit and moving in was straightforward. However, the problems started shortly after. I received a call from the company asking for my licence, even though I had already provided it when completing the paperwork on site.
