Adil was absolutely amazing with helpfulness and patience when showing us around and answering our questions but it seemed apparent that he was on his own and in demand with phonecalls and other people turning up at the office, which raises questions about staff cover and security. Overall, however, we were ok with the facility.

Every month more expensive. And 15 days notice is false. U need to pay one month more. After long time using the storage and this is the good service i recieve. Very disapointed. Sonetimes the app dont work and i cant use my storage. The times open is not good. And also if you stay one minute more than tge time atention because maybe you need to pay more money. Booked it with a good introductoryoffer. Paid in advance. Arrived there with a car packed to the roof and nowhere else to keep it, only to be told that there was no booking. Then was told that my account details only applied to an old booking (I had never been there before). Then was told that my booking had been cancelled because I didn't supply ID.
