Safe, clean and easy location and friendly staff during the intake
Half year I was trying to get my money back for storage I never got access to. Every time I called or emailed only answer I could get was "we will call you back when we find out what to do". After more than half year and last of your employees that gave me rude nonsense answers I had enough. I decided to report them as a fraud. FINNALY bank got my money back today, so I won my case. Will never forget this name to avoid it well, because obviously they are not able to deal with issues and damage they couse to someone else!

Recently I've had the pleasant experience of renting a storage from Shurgard. Very easy and very accessible as price, the team of Cartesius was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and I will be back again for sure ! Thank you Cartesius for making my house moving so smooth :X
