I received excellent service from Anna-Marie from the very beginning. She was accommodating and answered all my inquiries thoroughly, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. All the staff at the office were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone interested in renting storage!
Everything works - easy breezy - super friendly staff, great location, great app.
The customer service is great and really nice and self storage is really good but I wish if they can fix the app key so it works better it gets too much error ..... otherwise the place is good 👍
It has work very well having a storage unit at Shurgard Valby. Clean and well organized with large industry lift and trolleys to transport the stuff. Easy access with car. It is a very good deal to only pay 1 kr per first month (then of course plus additional costs such as keys) for a storage room with this location. Would highly recommend. Ideally Shurgard could update their website regarding how to terminate the agreement, as it says to show up at a Shurgard office within opening hours with a written termination. I have rented a storage room for 2 years and find the prices too high, increasing further every year. I find a bit absurd that there is no toilet in the deposit building. I had to move my stuff on a Saturday, and could not even use the external toilet as it was locked. Finally, the elevators are too slow. I am now renting a storage unit in another place and have none of the problems listed above, fortunately. I would suggest to work on improving these weak points.
