I received excellent service from Anna-Marie from the very beginning. She was accommodating and answered all my inquiries thoroughly, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. All the staff at the office were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone interested in renting storage!

I have never used personal storage before, didn’t know if I trusted it and if it would be a smart choice financially speaking. But Nicolai and Ann Marie from the Sydhavnen Unit were so mindful and informative that I signed the contract the same day, really happy with my unit and the service! 5 stars
The customer service is great and really nice and self storage is really good but I wish if they can fix the app key so it works better it gets too much error ..... otherwise the place is good 👍
It has work very well having a storage unit at Shurgard Valby. Clean and well organized with large industry lift and trolleys to transport the stuff. Easy access with car. It is a very good deal to only pay 1 kr per first month (then of course plus additional costs such as keys) for a storage room with this location. Would highly recommend. Ideally Shurgard could update their website regarding how to terminate the agreement, as it says to show up at a Shurgard office within opening hours with a written termination.
