Fantastic service A-Z from the team at both Villeneuve and via phone at marseille. Moving from a storage in Mougins HOMEBOX to take a better price deal was already a good decision - but the standard of service and help received from as outstanding!! However on arrival Thomas was super helpful And made sure we had the best deal also to shit our budget! He was fast and so friendly it was seamless! Then!! As a customer for the past two years, Shurgard has always proven to have an excellent/efficient service, polite/knowledgeable staff, and clean/well kept premises. I would like in particular to mention Mr. Alexander, who has helped me greatly with my storage needs, and has come through for me in fulfilling my requests. Thank you. Highly recommend.
Most recently spoke to Fabrice and he couldn’t not have been more helpful! I’ve had storage with their company for over 3 years and do not have a bad word about their team! If you don’t have perfect French they will accommodate you, their prices are very the best I found and their service is exceptional!
