Perfect! Everything was answered before I could even think of anything, I was heard about my needs/wants and given advice on what or what not to do. The contract was easily sorted and very well explained. Nathalie is a sweetheart and all ears for all potential questions. Storage itself in Waterloo is huge! Everything is spotless clean and if I need anything to help me wheel boxes or furniture to my box/storage, whatever I may need is available. Access is private and secure. it's all 5* for me!
