I am impressed by the quality of services received, especially by the local manager in Waterloo ,Mr. Adrien. His professionalism, kindness and assistance were exceptional. The procedures of entering the storage facilities were very easy and efficient through the application. The condition of the storage facility the we rent was in excellent condition, as advertised.

Good prices (although apparently not significantly better than those of Belgian providers), excellent service from the local staff, and a very smooth overall experience. The staff were also able to assist in English, which is particularly appreciated and unfortunately still quite rare in Wallonia. It’s all fixed and easy. You’ll need an app and activation by phone or onsite. It’s open from 7:00 to 21:00. Boxes are clean and spacious
