Leaving a second review, today is an amazing day because we’re LEAVING this diabolical storage! How these guys have any 5 star reviews is beyond me… Our stuff, our memories, destroyed and ruined by rats simply because they’re unable to clean, the units, pot holes, spider webs, droppings, pee is everywhere, inside and out of the unit. The worst storage ever, rats infested, dirty floors, no on site assistance anymore, they even cut out lighting on the hallways. They tried everything to reduce the cost of maintenance of this brunch meanwhile they are charging more every year. This place should be looked into by the trading standards asap. People who left a 5* review never even visited this place🤣
Units are completely rat-infested at Watford, 4 months on, still not all decontaminated. Watford is unmanned and rats everywhere, everything has been destroyed, and the response is 'we have to wait to get the pest control in ', and months later, still not resolved. My goods would have been safer in a barn. Disgusting conditions and appalling service.
