Leaving a second review, today is an amazing day because we’re LEAVING this diabolical storage! How these guys have any 5 star reviews is beyond me… Our stuff, our memories, destroyed and ruined by rats simply because they’re unable to clean, the units, pot holes, spider webs, droppings, pee is everywhere, inside and out of the unit. ⭐ Outstanding Service from Reon at Shurgard Hatch End ⭐ Reon was exceptionally helpful and friendly every step of the way — an absolute standout in service and professionalism. He even stayed back after hours to support us, which speaks volumes about his dedication. Truly above and beyond!
This is one of the most decent self storage facilities. It offers very well designed storages at very reasonable prices. The place has a security gate that is accessible after hours via a code. Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!
It doesn't even merit one star. The Watford facility is an utter shambles. There are no location maps to give a clue as to where your unit is. A lift, also unmarked on the map, that frequently doesn't work as the doors are left open. No stairs to the second floor, so if the lift isn't working you can't get access. Even the roller shutter switch isn't marked properly (see photo) and is a distance from the shutter.
