We had three storage units at Shurgard Storage Wellingborough after moving to the area, and the whole experience was excellent. It was very easy to book everything online, and the storage units were always clean, secure, and professionally managed. The lady working there is extremely friendly, polite, and always happy to help, and the boys in the office are also very helpful and welcoming. I had a very positive experience. Lauren provided an excellent and informative tour, demonstrating professionalism and a friendly demeanor. On move-in day, Cam assisted me, even going as far as to locate a screwdriver to ensure my lock was fully functional. This exceptional customer service warrants my highest recommendation.
Lauren and Cameron were both excellent in helping me find a storage big enough for my needs. They worked tirelessly to get through a small computer problem that was stopping me initially. However, they understood my time was precious and worked in the background to resolve this and ultimately, get it all sorted. Class service 👍
Getting set up was easy and quick, but arriving on a Saturday to find the large doors locked closed meaning we had to take turns with other users to squeeze through a smaller door, then only one lift working made what should have been an easy job a lengthy process. No staff on site to sort these issues out was frustrating.
Lauren and her team are professional, friendly and helpful. From answering questions to clearly explaining your options, nothing is too much. As a family we have used this facility many times over the years. The facility is secure and easily accessible and I trust them to store my possessions.
