We had three storage units at Shurgard Storage Wellingborough after moving to the area, and the whole experience was excellent. It was very easy to book everything online, and the storage units were always clean, secure, and professionally managed. The lady working there is extremely friendly, polite, and always happy to help, and the boys in the office are also very helpful and welcoming. Lauren and Cameron were both excellent in helping me find a storage big enough for my needs. They worked tirelessly to get through a small computer problem that was stopping me initially. However, they understood my time was precious and worked in the background to resolve this and ultimately, get it all sorted. Class service 👍
I had a very positive experience. Lauren provided an excellent and informative tour, demonstrating professionalism and a friendly demeanor. On move-in day, Cam assisted me, even going as far as to locate a screwdriver to ensure my lock was fully functional. This exceptional customer service warrants my highest recommendation.
