Turned up to my unit today and Cameron could not have been anymore helpful, he showed me exactly what to do and helped with any questions I had, thank you Cameron you made my first experience at Shurgard so easy. Lauren was also very helpful as when I first took out my storage unit I had not used it for the first couple of days due to a car problem but she called me to ask if everything was ok which was lovely, thank you both
We had three storage units at Shurgard Storage Wellingborough after moving to the area, and the whole experience was excellent. It was very easy to book everything online, and the storage units were always clean, secure, and professionally managed. The lady working there is extremely friendly, polite, and always happy to help, and the boys in the office are also very helpful and welcoming. The facilities are great too — even the toilet is always clean, smells nice, and they keep it fresh with air freshener sticks and spray.... read more
Needed storage at very short notice after a problem with moving into our new home. Shurgard supported me with the booking online step by step over the phone and couldn't have been more helpful. All went smoothly. I would recommend.
Initial enquiry was dealt with very efficiently. Facility was spotlessly clean. Contract was easy to set-up and Cameron answered all my questions making me feel at ease with storing my goods at the facility.
Cameron was very friendly to me. Helped me arrange the removal team to get my work equipment shifted from Northampton to Wellingborough. Super efficient, and went out of his way to help me. Very much appreciated in this digitalised world that we have today. A credit to Shurgard, I’m sure more customers come here for support purely because of him.
