This is the first time that we used any kind of storage so to work out how to place a house in a storage is not an easy task. Lauren was great help kind, calm and professional. Once we started moving very quickly it became clear to us that we needed a bigger unit. The people working here, are genuinely friendly and very helpful. I recently had to downsize the unit, and it was all sorted in no time. Help and suggestions were made based on our needs, both practically and financially. Cameron managed to get a unit on the same floor which was super helpful, and he even offered help with moving some boxes. Help wasn't needed, but his offer was really professional of him, and much appreciated.
Lauren was incredibly helpful, showed us around everything we’d like to see and guided us to easily get exactly what we want without trying to sell to us.
