We had three storage units at Shurgard Storage Wellingborough after moving to the area, and the whole experience was excellent. It was very easy to book everything online, and the storage units were always clean, secure, and professionally managed. The lady working there is extremely friendly, polite, and always happy to help, and the boys in the office are also very helpful and welcoming. I went in to Shugard today to rent a unit. I was attended to by Cameron. He made me feeel very comfortable. He was very concise with the information he gave me. He answered questions confidently. He had a smile on his face throughout the transaction. He was exceptionally helpful.
I was dealt with courteously and professionally by all members of the team. My enquiry was dealt with expeditiously and resulted in me saving a considerable amount of money. I am a very happy, satisfied customer.

Went into the storage facility today very impressed with the standards of this store, been to other competitors before however this stood out for its cleanliness aswell as the team at the store both Cameron and Lauren were very helpful and polite and setting up the contact couldn’t be easier, looking forward to my continued customer experience
