I absolutely loved this place! Very clean modern professional storage place with everything you need! I just could not find any fault and believe me it was just perfect! Starting from the beautiful view of the building itself from every angle which looks just amazing, facilities, easy parking, the trolleys make it so easy to load and unload! I used Shurgard when moving house, to temporarily store my belongings. I am very happy with how much I paid, the condition of the storage unit and how helpful and friendly all of the staff were. They were great at explaining the process of self storage, as it was my first time using this type of service, this made me feel at ease, when moving my things into the unit and leaving them there. Clean and secure storage units. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Especially Rob. He was very helpful and booked us in quickly and efficiently. They do close a 4pm on a weekend, a later close on a Saturday would be great as this is probably a day working people might want a later access, and thin the crowd so to speak. There are trolleys to use, but they can be scarce at busy times. It might be an idea to invest in a few more...

Had a walk through of the units, new, nice & clean environment, friendly staff. Amy was wonderful even for being new, need to give herself time to get used to it all but she did well. Pricing is a bit confusing but did get emailed after the fact to have a think. Thanks.
