I had a disappointing experience with this service. They initially offered a promotional period, but shortly afterward I received a bill for the full amount, which I wasn’t expecting. I also found the customer service—particularly from one representative, Amy—to be unhelpful. Based on my experience, I’d advise others to be cautious.
I absolutely loved this place! Very clean modern professional storage place with everything you need! I just could not find any fault and believe me it was just perfect! Starting from the beautiful view of the building itself from every angle which looks just amazing, facilities, easy parking, the trolleys make it so easy to load and unload! I am very impressed and definitely i would recommend this place and 100% am planning to book again! Special thanks to Josh from Wolverhampton branch. 🤝
