I had a disappointing experience with this service. They initially offered a promotional period, but shortly afterward I received a bill for the full amount, which I wasn’t expecting. I also found the customer service—particularly from one representative, Amy—to be unhelpful. Based on my experience, I’d advise others to be cautious.
Amy and Rob were very helpful with the transfer. They gave me all the information to help me choose which size locker I needed, and were both friendly and informative.
Josh was incredibly helpful on our visit today. He took the time to show us multiple units until we found the size right for us and explained everything clearly. Thank you so much Josh ☺️
