Amy at Shurgard Self Storage was absolutely great. She was really accommodating from the start and took the time to show me around the facility before I made any decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with the unit I chose. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so friendly and genuine. Highly recommend!
It's been a stressful few months awaiting flat to complete and needed storage but absolutely fantastic company !! Loads storage units out there but use Shurgard plenty room for unloading , lifts and trolley for ease. I arrived and Shofi was fantastic, showed me my unit talked me through the process and was very friendly all day !! Amazing work thank you team. Mike
