Update : 29 March 2024 Sadly, the insurance company just returned a very little amount of the money. I lost a lot. The main problem is stealing my data and the code number that opens the "high secure doors ". Shurgard is totally a failure company that can not protect their customers. -1 Star because the interior layout of the place isn't great. Especially on the first floor there are units that are only accessible through a very narrow chokepoint (a doorframe, followed by 90° right hand turn into a downward ramp with a pillar on either side narrowing the pathway significantly) which makes transporting disassembled furniture to your unit tedious.
