I love how she takes the time to explain things to you. She's makes you feel welcome.
The ladies in the office are great! They take care of you when you call too. I've never had to wait a long time to get in to see Dr. Hines. She is wonderful. Great office to come to! Dr. Hines listens to your concerns, caring, respectful, patient, and just overall, a wonderful person. I appreciate everyone in that office and would recommend them!
Dr. Fenderson really takes her time to explain to you in laymen terms what's going on with you; whether it be with your diagnosis, or your medications that that you need to take. Dr. Fenderson is very concerned about her patients. She really loves her patients. She's a really great Doctor!!!!!
She was very attentive and concerned with my medical need
She was unpredictable and not congenial. Her diagnoses seemed questionable and without very clear description. Did not seem to grasp my condition and the consequences it was causing me and was more interested in her convenience and profitability vs. well being of a sick patient. General lack of time and curiosity always rushing off as well as being frequently late.
