I deeply appreciate the efforts from Dr Shah to continue making the best possible efforts for my recovery after heart surgery and answering all my questions in a timely manner. His support and his teams support has made the process of my recovery reassuring and positive. I give my thanks for his sincere diligence.
My Dad had a Watchman put in today by Dr. Shah. I drove up (I don’t live here anymore) to sit with my Mom while she sat in the waiting room, and met Dr. Shah for the first time when he came out to talk to my Mom once he was done with the procedure. Introduced himself to me, very thorough, extremely professional, and showed genuine care for both my Dad as his patient and my Mom as the spouse who was worried (my Dad has Parkinson’s so everything is more challenging for both of them). Dr Shah was able to get my husband’s heart back into rhythm. His heart was resistant to the ablation and were very thankful he didn’t give up and got him out of AFib. He came in on a Friday to work him in which we really appreciated. My husband and I are very thankful for Dr Shah and OSF. I have seen a big improvement in my health and am thankful for all the days I have on this earth.
I was happy that Dr Shah took me as a patient. The Dr. as well as his staff treated me professionally. I drive an hour to get to his office. I feel the extra time is well worth it. I know that I will be treated well.
Dr.Shah is a very caring person. During my visit he asked me how I had been feeling.He explained to me his concerns for my health. He told me about different programs that I could check into to better my health. He suggested things for me to do that he thinks would help me the most. I am very happy to have him as my heart care doctor. I would recommend him to all my friends.
