Even though they had put in the solar the company years ago we had not had them come out till last year. We found out that when the contractor redid the pump room they forgot to hook up the solar. So we had an electrician come out redo the the electrical then had Sierra come and hook up the solar. It was a frustrating issue but we got it done in a timely manner. We have decided to go and have the maintenance program set up so that we do not have any other issues in the future.
