Bought a propane heater they refuse to stand behind or be returned. You're better off purchasing from Amazon and get the warranty. Do not buy anything from these yahoos. Do not recommend. I am aware that you do not install propane heaters. That's not the point. The point is, is you will be treated better and more respectfully if you are a friend or family members of Ron. Ron and Jeffrey did a wonderful job for us. They had to abandon old pipe and lay new ones. They did it in a prompt manner and were very professional. Laura and Shelly in the office were extremely helpful getting this scheduled and letting me know as soon as my bill was processed. Thank you so much to all of you. Definitely a team effort. You guys are the BEST!
Ron and his crew have been wonderful. We are new in the area and they have gone above and beyond to get us set up and started. They have been nothing but professional and helpful. I look forward to doing business with them and to grow the new friendships we have begun.
Ron and Office staff were very helpful helping my mom get propane tank fixed. the office is wonderful to work with Ron came out to my mom‘s house and fix the propane leak I appreciate their help.
This is a propane place right? I stopped by at 1030 on a Thursday to have 20lb tanks filled. Was greeted at the door and informed that no one on site could fill tanks? I can have my 5 year old work the bleeder if it's to hard. Maybe cross train your ppl? Won't see me back here again.
