I was very excited to be a client with this place. Teresa my intake manager was amazing, her communication was good, she was enthusiastic, communicated needs and my needs and the willingness and the ability to meet my needs very clearly. I was very excited. Move forward to actually being a client now and I'm dealing with somebody else. My name is Lynn Straight. In 7 months post Stroke. Lana Dannon, PT, helped me walk with confidence around my neighborhood. Julia Gardner, ST, helped me find my voice. I didn't have a voice post-stroke. I didn't even know loved ones. I can't say enough about Her contribution! Sule helped me through the nuts and bolts. For these three people, bless you!

Signature has provided my husband with compassion and quality care through both hospice and home health. The care team were professional and knowledgeable treating my husband with respect and understanding on his journey through late stage Alzheimer’s.
