Signature Ridge Apartments Great apartment complex , super helpful staff, amazing maintenance crew and wonderful residence. Signature ridge offers great community activities weekly also is furnished with a weight room and two pools on site. The location is great, there is a ton of different shops and grocery stores nearby. Priced very fair. Difently a must look at if your apartment searching!
Signature Ridge They are remodeled and most include new appliances. Many of them also include a washer and dryer. I don't like their pet policy however, $400 deposit plus $15 monthly pet rent.
apt 1015 I've lived at signature ridge apartments for 3 years now, and I've really enjoyed them all. They are probably my favorite apartment so far. They have enough parking, which is rare here in san antonio! They have a very large property with a lot of grass and trees, great for dog walks. Now the negatives. The maintenence is ok but not stellar. They do come when they say but I think their attempt at cost effectiveness shows. They will have to come back again and again before they replace anything.
