Okay Nice place so far. The dumpster situation needs improvement and the hallways need to be pressure washed but otherwise seems like a nice place to live.

Happy to be here! I have been living at Signature Ridge for approximately 6 months and I have been very satisfied with my time there. Although like at any complex, we have faced challenges, the staff has helped us take care of the issues as soon as possible. The apartment layout I have is spacious and I have really enjoyed my time thus far.

Verified Renter The apartments are nice, spacious with big porches. The location is close to perfect, you can get anywhere in San Antonio under 20 mins. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Verified Renter The location, community, amenities, and apartment layout/size is great!! We have never had any problems. Maintenance is slower at completing tasks, but get it done eventually. Community is very active and safe. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. close by. Office staff is always friendly. Recommended.
