We love it ! In fact we left and ended up going back! It's got a high director turnover but it's the teachers that count and they have the best !
Our daughter has been there from the beginning and we have loved every moment! The school always keeps us up to date! Now our son goes there and the infant room is amazing!
I've exercised a lot of patience but there has been extremely poor communication during the enrollment process. I'm not sure if everyone gets this treatment, or just my family.

Horrible experience...it's stressful at times finding good childcare, but my experience with them was horrible. After taking a tour, I was quite impressed. When I went to enroll, they wanted to switch my child to a larger classroom. I told her that my child had pre existing health issues. Per the physicians' recommendation, they suggested a smaller class size initially. Terrible. Sent two inquiries and got an auto response the first time. They are not interested in our business or our kids. Look elsewhere.
While in the infant room my grand baby came home frequently with awful diaper rash. They do not change dirty diapers soon enough. Repeated complaints were meet with excuses and denials. In the Toddler 1 room, the staff seemed to change diapers quicker but never removed poop from her privates. Super nice facility, great playground, but they neglect one of the most basic needs of a baby.
