My experience at this clinic was excellent. The staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The customer service was outstanding, and they took the time to answer all my questions with care and patience. I especially appreciated that they were able to speak Spanish, which made a big difference for me since I sometimes have difficulty with English. It couldn’t have been better! They took me right on time, the ultra sound technician was wonderful, made me super comfortable and she was helpful. I will certainly return if I need to do further testing. Thank you!!
I had a nice experience at Simon’s. Everyone was really polite and professional.. I would have given five stars, but I had to wait a little over an hour to be seen after being told to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early .
I’m giving 2 stars for the staff being friendly. Issues: 1. The online appointment portal does not reflect accuracy schedule availability. 2. When I called to schedule my appointment, the call center agent failed to inform me they needed 3-5 days to verify my insurance. So my same day appointment had to be rescheduled. I am greatful they had another appointment that same week. 3. When I arrived, I took 10 minutes to complete my paperwork. I get contacted at least twice a month by SimonMed about a 10 month old MRI order. If you have other options I recommend having your doctor send MRI orders elsewhere. The calls are always automated so I'd have to jump through hoops to get them to stop spam calling me. The service here was ultimately bad as well.
