My experience at this clinic was excellent. The staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The customer service was outstanding, and they took the time to answer all my questions with care and patience. I especially appreciated that they were able to speak Spanish, which made a big difference for me since I sometimes have difficulty with English. Worst experience ever. From two different SimonMed locations. The first location denied the order because they alleged the doctor wrote it wrong. I asked why wasn’t I informed the day prior when someone called me from SimonMed. They said because we didn’t have the order in hand, even though I repeated everything on the order. Of course it was Good Friday, so my doctors office was closed. Doctors office later stated SimonMed was nit picky. The office manager was none too friendly and didn’t seem to care. The lady that helped me with my MRI was so sweet and wonderful.. that part of my visit was awesome. However Front desk told me my payment did NOT go through, even though I showed her my bank statement and it was clearly took out of my account.. she said they didn't get paid. I said it had too because it has already left my bank account, it was charged on my debit card.. she insisted I scan my card that the other payment would fall off by the need of the day.. well guess what to know surprise it didn't.. and she said call y... read more

I’m giving 2 stars for the staff being friendly. Issues: 1. The online appointment portal does not reflect accuracy schedule availability. 2. When I called to schedule my appointment, the call center agent failed to inform me they needed 3-5 days to verify my insurance. So my same day appointment had to be rescheduled. I am greatful they had another appointment that same week. 3. When I arrived, I took 10 minutes to complete my paperwork. The lady that did my imaging MRI was wonderful. She was so sweet, funny, very thoughtful due to my height and helping me get off the table. I enjoyed myself and I would recommend Simonmed. But I did have to wait almost an hour to be seen about 45 minutes. But also my technician apologized for the wait. The guy at the front desk was somewhat friendly but he needs to work on his people's skills , but when I left , he wished me a good and safe evening.
