RecommendedAll staff were kind and friendly. They made extra sure I was warm and as comfortable as possible during the scan.

I had a shoulder MRI. The procedure was pretty easy but the technician putting on the shoulder cuff was a bit rough. I suppose she had to in order to ensure a sung fit. The procedure took about 20 minutes. I’m kind of a big fellow so when entering the tube I started to feel claustrophobic. Also there was freezing cold air being blown into the tube which made it uncomfortable. All and all it was a fine experience. Note;wear warm clothes. You’ll thank me

They were very professional and kind. I had a little anxiety and they were compassionate. I did have to wait over 35 minutes which they apologized for. It is what it is, overall I would give them 4/5 stars
