I wish I could give this team more than five stars! Julissa and Vivi at the front desk truly saved my day, they were warm, efficient, and made the entire check-in process so much quicker and easier than I expected. Tim was incredible during my MRI; he made the experience so smooth and calming, even though I usually feel anxious in tight spaces. He played relaxing music and peaceful videos that helped me stay at ease the entire time. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness from the whole team!
Pedro was my CT tech was wonderful and very caring. I was nervous about my scan and he really made me feel comfortable. Julisa & Khris at the front desk was so nice and helped me through my registration process which took a lot of time due to insurance issues/drama. They made my experience a very pleasant one. I definitely recommend this location.
Bad experience. The front desk receptionist, Vivianette (Vivi) had a consistent condescending attitude. To start, hours before my appt she called asking if I could reschedule to an earlier time, I couldn’t because I was working. She pressed on, so I said I’d try to get there a little before. She asked me to email my order form to her (idk why) and I repeated her email, letter by letter, and she said it was correct. The office is clean and well lit …staff is friendly and professional… Radiologist Tim is knowledgeable take the guess work out the procedure and what to expect, goes over how to get the best results in a timely fashion. does his best to provide comfort during the procedure.. great experience with there service. Would recommend
I had a brain procedure today and I will tell you after using at least 3 of the Simon locations in the past 2 months for different testing THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST LOCATION.. As someone in the medical field you can be professional and still have an absolutely wonderful attitude.. 10 out of 10 will recommend and will be back for any future needs for myself or my family members..
