The staff was very professional really the front office was wonderful they called my insurance and drs office to help me with changes since im allergic to the dye. The technician was wonderful and put me at ease right away and that is really hard to do since im a nervous person. He was great and my ct scan was quick. 10 out of 10 visit. I was in and out in record time. Very easy. Thank you for such an easy visit.

I needed a to have a fasting ultrasound and they had trouble finding a morning appt in the coming weeks so, without me even asking, they offered to squeeze me in the next day. I thought it might be a long wait but no. I barely sat down before they had me undergoing my imaging. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

Edit: As expected, I received my EOB which states I have a ZERO cost share, which means you, Simon Med, took money from me you should not have! How many other people do you do this to that are not educated enough to know how to read an EOB? Why are you billing patients before billing insurance? Why is the billing department passing on their jobs to front desk receptionists that know nothing about insurance? They did not run my insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. My appointment was at 8:40 am, but didn’t have service until 10am. So I sat in waiting room for an hour and twenty minutes. The people there are not friendly or helpful in any way, except the technician, she was fairly pleasant. Before that a call center had called to set up appointment and wanted my insurance and financial info. Instead I drove to Simon med to make my appt.

Everyone was wonderful at this location. I filled out all my forms online and they got me right back for my imaging. The people I saw in the waiting room were all filling out the paperwork that they could have done in advance online. The only issue I had was booking the appointment with the 866 number which was obviously international, the call takers spoke English but sometimes we’re hard to understand.
