The lady that did my imaging MRI was wonderful. She was so sweet, funny, very thoughtful due to my height and helping me get off the table. I enjoyed myself and I would recommend Simonmed. But I did have to wait almost an hour to be seen about 45 minutes. But also my technician apologized for the wait. The guy at the front desk was somewhat friendly but he needs to work on his people's skills , but when I left , he wished me a good and safe evening.

The tech was polite and friendly and courteous. The front desk employee was very unfriendly, dismissive, and ignored concerns and questions. This young man seems like he hates people. I was told one thing over the phone and another when I got there. While I’m there I received several texts and calls from facility about my appointment that I had already checked into. When I left 4 messages and 2 more calls about rescheduling the appointment I already finished. This was Conroe location. Get it together! No I don’t want to reac... read more

The gentleman who performed my CT was great, and I would rate him five stars however I was quite frustrated to see that another family who came in with a child was not given assistance to place three chairs together for the father, mother and young child with an injury, there were plenty of chairs available but none together. Guest in the lobby aside from myself had done nothing to accommodate the family in the front desk. Edit: As expected, I received my EOB which states I have a ZERO cost share, which means you, Simon Med, took money from me you should not have! How many other people do you do this to that are not educated enough to know how to read an EOB? Why are you billing patients before billing insurance? I've been here twice now. All the staff are pleasant, everything goes smoothly. My only issue, is the front desk staff needs to know we can all hear their cut chat and laughter. Nothing unprofessional, at least for me. I hope nobody has ever been offended.
