My experience at this clinic was excellent. The staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The customer service was outstanding, and they took the time to answer all my questions with care and patience. I especially appreciated that they were able to speak Spanish, which made a big difference for me since I sometimes have difficulty with English. It couldn’t have been better! They took me right on time, the ultra sound technician was wonderful, made me super comfortable and she was helpful. I will certainly return if I need to do further testing. Thank you!!
Worst experience ever. From two different SimonMed locations. The first location denied the order because they alleged the doctor wrote it wrong. I asked why wasn’t I informed the day prior when someone called me from SimonMed. They said because we didn’t have the order in hand, even though I repeated everything on the order. Of course it was Good Friday, so my doctors office was closed. Doctors office later stated SimonMed was nit picky. The office manager was none too friendly and didn’t seem to care. I had a nice experience at Simon’s. Everyone was really polite and professional.. I would have given five stars, but I had to wait a little over an hour to be seen after being told to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early .
I’m giving 2 stars for the staff being friendly. Issues: 1. The online appointment portal does not reflect accuracy schedule availability. 2. When I called to schedule my appointment, the call center agent failed to inform me they needed 3-5 days to verify my insurance. So my same day appointment had to be rescheduled. I am greatful they had another appointment that same week. 3. When I arrived, I took 10 minutes to complete my paperwork.
