I'm disabled, so just getting dressed takes effort. My husband drove me 30 minutes to the facility, only to get a phone call as I'm being wheeled in, in a wheelchair, for them to tell me the machine had broken earlier and I needed to reschedule. If I were to cancel without a 24 hr. notice, I'd be charged. What makes them any difference? I asked for compensation and all the would offer was a $25 gas card, but won't mail it, but hold it hostage until I come back. I initially left a 1-star review due to a miscommunication about my ultrasound results, but I want to update this because the team truly went above and beyond to make things right. The site manager personally followed up with me, made sure my results were sent promptly to my provider, and showed genuine care in resolving the issue. Arrived 15 minutes early. Everyone was very cordial and courteous. I filled out my paper work. Tech explained everything to expect. During the process. Tech was checking on me. All went well. Will definitely go back when I needed.
It was my first time coming to SimonMed Imaging, Emily, greeted me into the office, she was very polite and professional, it was definitely a welcoming environment! Nikita, was very sweet! Told me everything that I needed to know, she helped me step by step. Great customer service! Both ladies were very informative, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they took to help me, I had a quick and great experience. Thank you Emily and Nikita!!!
The front office was very accommodating. Getting paperwork done and payment made was painless. The image technician was efficient and at the same time soothing and pleasant to be with for 20 minutes. I enjoyed the experience very much just because of the people interaction
