All the staff was very pleasant and very friendly. The tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate being cared for by someone who enjoys their job and is extremely intelligent. She was super helpful. Thanks to you all. I had a great experience.
First time at this facility. Arrived early and was able to been seen prior to my scheduled appointment which was appreciated. Both the young lady at check in and my tech, Mark, were very nice. The tech explained the scan which was quick and easy. No issues. No problems.
Not a very good experience. My heart doctor requested a heart scan and sent the request to SimonMed. When I received a call from SimonMed scheduling they informed me that it would cost $50 but they would not do a scan on me if I had any form of heart problems. What? My doctor told me that he needed more information about my heart to make a diagnosis. I reported the issue to my doctor and again SimonMed called and successfully scheduled my appointment. Edit: As expected, I received my EOB which states I have a ZERO cost share, which means you, Simon Med, took money from me you should not have! How many other people do you do this to that are not educated enough to know how to read an EOB? Why are you billing patients before billing insurance? The lady that did my imaging MRI was wonderful. She was so sweet, funny, very thoughtful due to my height and helping me get off the table. I enjoyed myself and I would recommend Simonmed. But I did have to wait almost an hour to be seen about 45 minutes. But also my technician apologized for the wait. The guy at the front desk was somewhat friendly but he needs to work on his people's skills , but when I left , he wished me a good and safe evening.
