It was my first time coming to SimonMed Imaging, Emily, greeted me into the office, she was very polite and professional, it was definitely a welcoming environment! Nikita, was very sweet! Told me everything that I needed to know, she helped me step by step. Great customer service! Both ladies were very informative, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they took to help me, I had a quick and great experience. Thank you Emily and Nikita!!!

Scheduling was easy and everyone at the facility was nice and helpful. The technician who performed the imaging was very sweet. It was super quick to get a copy of the images once we were done. I called the office to get my results and the employee who answered the phone was obviously annoyed or overwhelmed. She rushed through my results and next steps. When I asked her to repeat a part of the results she was quick to inform me that she put everything I needed to know in my portal before I even called. Essentially letting me... read more

Worst place to have any tests done. Will never use them again. When I scheduled the CT scan and MRI they were supposed to be done about 10 minutes apart. In their scheduling department they scheduled them in two different locations. And they changed the times without letting me know. Arrived ahead of the appointment and had to wait for an hour for them to do the CT then another hour for the MRI. That was a joke it seemed like the staff did not know what they were doing. We came 2 months ago for my son's MRI and the staff was incredibly professional wonderful at helping him stay calm throughout the entire procedure. I appreciated the effort they took to determine our copay however 2 months later when they are billing the cost is not the $100 copay that my insurance States nor the $100 copaid that they quoted us but we're being billed and additional $350 because they're using an address that's not preferred and even though twice we called to verify and they verified an authorized the benefit ... read more

Front desk staff not very welcoming or friendly. Acted like they didn’t want to be at work. Doesn’t greet people or say goodbye as clients exit. X-ray tech was respectful and tried to be friendly. She didnt ask if I need any help getting on or off table or changing positions on the table. To ask if I needed assistance (as I had an injured knee) would have been helpful and kind. Seemed as if she just didn’t want to be there either! She was very polite however in greeting me initially.
