Awful experience from check in to finish. They demand you show up early. This was on January 2, Friday, a day after New Year’s. No patients at the location except one before me. They were clearly running late or not working efficiently, but not a word about this, you’re left to figure this out. No regards for my time, nobody bothered to keep me updated about delays. Edit: As expected, I received my EOB which states I have a ZERO cost share, which means you, Simon Med, took money from me you should not have! How many other people do you do this to that are not educated enough to know how to read an EOB? Why are you billing patients before billing insurance? The lady that did my imaging MRI was wonderful. She was so sweet, funny, very thoughtful due to my height and helping me get off the table. I enjoyed myself and I would recommend Simonmed. But I did have to wait almost an hour to be seen about 45 minutes. But also my technician apologized for the wait. The guy at the front desk was somewhat friendly but he needs to work on his people's skills , but when I left , he wished me a good and safe evening.

Terrible experience on front end, initially was told no openings until 3 February, after pushing back because order stated STAT they found one for following day. Then received email to schedule online and was able to schedule within hour. When arrived for CTScan was told I would have to pay out of pocket or possibly reschedule because they needed insurance approval? Said they require minimum 4 hours in advance? have Humana and tricare / scan was for a head injury via urgent care - made no sense. Went to my car to call insur... read more

Called 1.5 hrs before my appt to check if they were open due to freeze and icing. Advised they were. Spent 30 mins scrapping ice of car, get there, check in and pay. Sit around for 20 mins and was told they haven't been able to boot the machine up all morning and recommended to the 8+ people in the waiting room to reschedule. Really poor communication, a waste of time, gas and risk driving 45 mins there on frozen roadways.
