Everything and everybody was awesome. They were all very professional and very personable. I witnessed one patient being pretty difficult but the staff never said anything rude or inappropriate. The young man that was dealing with her was so calm and professional and did all he could to help the young woman. I will definitely come back for all my testing every year. Thank you for being such a great place to go for health care.
First time at this facility. Arrived early and was able to been seen prior to my scheduled appointment which was appreciated. Both the young lady at check in and my tech, Mark, were very nice. The tech explained the scan which was quick and easy. No issues. No problems.
All the staff was very pleasant and very friendly. The tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate being cared for by someone who enjoys their job and is extremely intelligent. She was super helpful. Thanks to you all. I had a great experience.
Not a very good experience. My heart doctor requested a heart scan and sent the request to SimonMed. When I received a call from SimonMed scheduling they informed me that it would cost $50 but they would not do a scan on me if I had any form of heart problems. What? My doctor told me that he needed more information about my heart to make a diagnosis. I reported the issue to my doctor and again SimonMed called and successfully scheduled my appointment. The gentleman who performed my CT was great, and I would rate him five stars however I was quite frustrated to see that another family who came in with a child was not given assistance to place three chairs together for the father, mother and young child with an injury, there were plenty of chairs available but none together. Guest in the lobby aside from myself had done nothing to accommodate the family in the front desk.
