Office was not difficult to find. I arrived 10 minutes before my set time. I walked in and greeted the receptionist about having an appointment. Given that I filled out the paperwork online, they already had my insurance on file, all she requested was my ID to scan. Receptionist was very welcoming. I proceeded to wait 25 minutes before they called me in. The technicians were also warm and friendly. The abdominal ultrasound took about 20-30min to complete. The staff is always friendly. I go there for tests every six months. This time the young lady was very rough with the ultrasound wand, pressed it against my skin to the point it was painful and used way too much lube. I was drenched in lube before she finished the test.
They all were very nice, and very efficient. I have a hard time going into the machine and Miss Lorie made it as comfortable for me as possible. I find that if you have them put a towel over your eyes it helps tremendously as well. Thank you all for being very kind and patient.
The front office was very accommodating. Getting paperwork done and payment made was painless. The image technician was efficient and at the same time soothing and pleasant to be with for 20 minutes. I enjoyed the experience very much just because of the people interaction
I made my appointment in person,on Wednesday, May 21st. The young woman at the desk was very helpful.I was amazed to quickly get an appointment for Friday,May 23rd. On Friday, I didn't have to wait long. Technician, Mark,did the scan. He made me feel comfortable. The whole experience went very well.
