So I waited for over an hour for my CTs at this Conroe location. (The Woodlands location is always on time.) After I finally got the CTs, I asked for a disc to be made. The not very friendly guy at desk said it would take about 15-20 minutes which is typical. After waiting 30 minutes and getting to hear all about the lady at the desk sharing her love relationship AND her sex life with the guy, I went to the desk and asked this lady if the disc was ready. The gentleman who performed my CT was great, and I would rate him five stars however I was quite frustrated to see that another family who came in with a child was not given assistance to place three chairs together for the father, mother and young child with an injury, there were plenty of chairs available but none together. Guest in the lobby aside from myself had done nothing to accommodate the family in the front desk. I've been here twice now. All the staff are pleasant, everything goes smoothly. My only issue, is the front desk staff needs to know we can all hear their cut chat and laughter. Nothing unprofessional, at least for me. I hope nobody has ever been offended.
I recently visited Simon imaging center for some X-rays, and the experience was very positive. The customer service team was friendly and helpful, and the technician who took my X-rays did an excellent job—very professional, clear in explaining each step, and made the process comfortable. Overall, great service from start to finish.
Every member of your staff was very pleasant and professional. Mark in CT, the two wonderful people in X-Ray ( I fail to get their names) and the very nice lady receptionist. Thanks to all. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.
