RecommendedReceived my MRI right on time , the Person giving me the MRI was very kind and patient with me , started my IV with one try . Explained everything to me and I was done quickly.
They’re very fast and efficient and the technicians really know what they’re doing

I had to go to this Imaging site 3 times. I realize COVID-19 has made things different but the should have stated on the door the hours changed along with being closed on certain days. I arrived at the site about 8:35. There were 2 people ahead of me. I checked in and provided the necessary information & copay. There were 2 other people tagged arrived after me. I recommend SimonMed because they are set up with imaging in three buildings all in the same complex to take care of patients. I was a walk in and they were able to get me in on an opening due to my having come from over 50 miles away yesterday, not knowing I needed an appointment. The staff was very nice, fast & efficient. I thank them all for accommodating me.
