Terrible customer service. They are like the controllers at a slaughterhouse… Difficult to make appointments or pay bills… Premises less clean than one might expect at a medical facility… I understand that we have no choice but I wanted to register my displeasure and assure you that I will sound off about this place every chance I get.

Worst Experience Ever. The front office staff Jasmin and Miraha made a HUGE mistake and cancelled our appointments due to the lack of communication. Then no one from the business would provide us with any way to file a complaint!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

Went in for a simple x-ray of my forearm. They charged insurance and I paid balance in full at the time of service. Was instructed that results would come within 24 to 48 hours. No one ever called me back. After 72 hours I started calling. Neither me nor my PCP could obtain the results. I tried calling back several more times, never reached a human being. Profound Federal HIPPA violations, gross negligence. I sat in the “sub waiting room” with two other women waiting for our test results. I was waiting for the Radiologist to read my results and obtain a diagnosis. A female, I assumed was the Radiologist, walked through the waiting room with a gentleman, assuming an intern or new employee, giving him the rundown of their afternoon.
