Friendly, efficient and great staff.
I was required to be at my appointment 15 minutes early but I ended up standing in line for over 20 minutes. I would suggest that the receptionists require more customer service training. If they cannot have someone at their counter they should at least look up and acknowledge the next person waiting and let them know that they must finish what they are doing before calling someone forward. “Be Right With You” - ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN BEING IGNORED!! Quick to check in. They used Covid social distancing and masks worn by all. I was in and out within a 1/2 hour for X-rays with no appointment !

excellent medical staff only one of the receptionists was very rude but the doctors super friendly
MRI Imaging good, but my appointment was at 8:45 pm and they didn’t start the imaging until 9:35 pm. Never kept me updated on why my appointment time was delayed. Hours for MRI’s is very good and other imaging make an appointment. This Simon Med at the Greenfield office in Mesa AZ is pretty good on times.
