Technicians are very cordial and efficient. Service was quick and smooth. A small observation, employees at the front desk are not the most cordial guys, not rude but you can tell they are so focused on what they are doing that forgot they are talking to humans.

Had at 12:45 appointment. Got in at 1:15. Waited 15 minutes before I got into MRI room. The person was very sorry for the delay. The one at at 60nd and Greenfield is way over with appointments. There should be some way to get others sites to take the overload.

My visit was absolutely excellent! Quick in and out. Both the nurse and doctor explained procedure with precise instructions! Made me feel at ease. No pain !! I had this procedure done nine years ago on my left breast in California, and there is no comparison. Thank you SimonMed Imaging, Mesa!
The ladies were very helpful, let me know the time frame & answered my questions. The techs were all gracious & easy to talk to. I felt comfortable the whole time during my test
