I have been for imaging twice at the Kingwood location, and both experiences were quick and went smoothly. The people who scheduled my appointments were very kind and helpful. It's not the most glamorous-looking place, but I did not have to wait long. My tech, Frank, was very nice. My doctor said the report she received from the MRI's was very good. All the info she was looking for was there. I recommend.

The staff at Simon Med Imaging was fantastic. I went in without an appointment set up, as a walk-in. The waiting room was very full and the staff got all of us in and out very quickly. I didn’t have to wait very long at all. The receptionist was very kind and professional. My Technician, Carson, was WONDERFUL! She was very helpful in getting me through the procedures without putting me in pain, and was very kind about my difficulty keeping my balance or needing a break between her taking each x-ray. Great experience with my CT scan at SimonMed kingwood. The technician was kind, patient, and made me feel at ease. The procedure was smooth and much faster than expected. At the front desk they were very nice and professional. Thank you for the excellent care.

Frank did our daughter's MRI and he was absolutely amazing! He made the experience more comfortable for her by simply chatting, explaining what would be happening, and making simple jokes to ease the mind of a teen going into a "spaceship" as she called it. He was also great with me as a parent AND great at entertaining my infant. 😅 Overall phenomenal experience and courteous staff members.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. They have centralized scheduling and it is a disaster. No one knew what was happening at the actual facility. They canceled my appointment at the last minute and had to reschedule me in another facility. This was a stat order and it took a week to be seen. Then they wanted to charge me after I had been told I wasn't supposed to be charged. The only positive was the CT technician. He was wonderful. He should go work at a more reputable company.
