I have been for imaging twice at the Kingwood location, and both experiences were quick and went smoothly. The people who scheduled my appointments were very kind and helpful. It's not the most glamorous-looking place, but I did not have to wait long. My tech, Frank, was very nice. My doctor said the report she received from the MRI's was very good. All the info she was looking for was there. I recommend.

The staff at Simon Med Imaging was fantastic. I went in without an appointment set up, as a walk-in. The waiting room was very full and the staff got all of us in and out very quickly. I didn’t have to wait very long at all. The receptionist was very kind and professional. My Technician, Carson, was WONDERFUL! She was very helpful in getting me through the procedures without putting me in pain, and was very kind about my difficulty keeping my balance or needing a break between her taking each x-ray. I've had three appointments at this facility, I can say the treatment I've received has been fair and consistent every time. The staff are friendly, cordial, and/or helpful depending on your level of interaction with them; actually working with vs. just passing by, etc. The wait time has never exceeded my appointment time by more than 10-15 minutes, and that was with a full waiting room (I was actually surprised to be called back so quickly). This makes twice recently that I have used this facility and both times I’ve been pleasantly impressed by the results. The staff is very nice and very efficient. The waiting room is very small and is usually pretty busy but they move you through very quickly so it doesn’t need to be very big!

Small waiting room. Since I was a walk-in, the 45-60 minute wait was expected. Would recommend giving patients requisition copy of X-ray be given copy on thumb drive not CD. Neither my desktop or laptop and play CD. Both technicians were very polite and kept me informed of the process.
