It is basically the Dollar General version of imaging. Arrived at the location for my 845 AM appointment. Prior to this, I received a text that sent me to a link for my paperwork. Completed. All I had to do was to click on their app to say that I arrived. Done. I get a reply that says that there are no appointments open for me. I waited 35 minutes to see if they would call my name. Absolutely unacceptable! Whoever is scheduling for this office needs to be fired. I showed up at 10:45am for an 11:00am heart scan appointment. All paperwork was filled out prior to showing up. I checked in, paid and sat down to wait. I wasn’t seen until 11:50am. The only reason I gave two stars is because the tech was great and very humble about being behind. He was extremely overloaded that morning with patients stacking up. The thing is, it wasn’t just the scan guy, I saw MRI’s and X-Rays stacking up the same way. I will ... read more

A nightmare since day one. They immediately tried to schedule me at a location over an hour away from me when I have two locations near me. I had to fight for them to keep me scheduled in my area. Then two days before my appointment they called to tell me they will be closing the Kingwood office on the day of my appointment and I would have to reschedule which the availability was over a month out. I've seen my tech 3 times and every time it has been an calm and stress free. she makes the exams as comfortable as it can, And she has compassion. She talks me through everything I was aware of her every move. Thank you so much. I give her hands down a 5. Be blessed.

This place takes so long just to be called on. So why even show up early if they don't call you until a hour or two later from the time of your appointment time. I go here early at 2:10pm. And my appointment was at 3:00pm. And they call me at 3:25 if my appointment is 3:00pm. They need to step up there game and stop playing around and get there job done.
