The staff at Simon Med Imaging was fantastic. I went in without an appointment set up, as a walk-in. The waiting room was very full and the staff got all of us in and out very quickly. I didn’t have to wait very long at all. The receptionist was very kind and professional. My Technician, Carson, was WONDERFUL! She was very helpful in getting me through the procedures without putting me in pain, and was very kind about my difficulty keeping my balance or needing a break between her taking each x-ray. I've had three appointments at this facility, I can say the treatment I've received has been fair and consistent every time. The staff are friendly, cordial, and/or helpful depending on your level of interaction with them; actually working with vs. just passing by, etc. The wait time has never exceeded my appointment time by more than 10-15 minutes, and that was with a full waiting room (I was actually surprised to be called back so quickly). The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't give a negative 10! This place has been the WORST imaging place I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with! The first time I had to schedule with them, they bounced me from one number to another, each telling me that I was contacting the wrong number for scheduling an appointment. Then they kept changing thier mind as to which location can perform the needed MRI. Then it took a WEEK of leaving messages and waiting for a return call. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They have centralized scheduling and it is a disaster. No one knew what was happening at the actual facility. They canceled my appointment at the last minute and had to reschedule me in another facility. This was a stat order and it took a week to be seen. Then they wanted to charge me after I had been told I wasn't supposed to be charged. The only positive was the CT technician. He was wonderful. He should go work at a more reputable company.

This establishment was very professional from walk in to walk out. The Gentleman that did the scan of my heart made sure I was informed on what the scan consisted of. And he made sure the questions I had were answered professionally. While making sure I was comfortable with the what and why’s for this scan, also he always checked on me during the scan to make sure I didn’t have any issues with the contrast.
