Other than the wait before the procedure, my visit was very good. The CT tech who did my procedure was exceptional. Explained everything in detail, seemed genuinely concerned about my pain and condition and even offered a disk to take to my doctor's in case the results don't come fast enough. He checked on me while I was waiting. Excellent customer service. Thanks.

The staff is great, very friendly and are super busy. I deducted a star for Simonmed itself. I had scheduled an appointment and got a call back a day later saying that one location that I had originally scheduled for did not do my type of ultrasound. They also wanted clarification from my doctor about the ultrasound. My doctor ended up sending in another order with the clarification. Ultrasound tech was wonderful. She deserves 5 stars. I checked in 25 minutes before my appointment and told the lady I would be sitting outside because there were no seats available and she said someone would get me outside. The amount of seats and space in the establishment is beyond ridiculous. I had to sit outside because there were only around 10 seats and people were like sardines sitting next to each other. I LOVED that no appointment is required—walk-in only. That makes it extremely convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient. Getting an X-ray has never been easier.

Good, had a bit of a wait when i came in to get checked in. There was only 1 Girl working both desk. My CT Scan Tech was very helpful and accommodating. Overall a Good Visit.
