RecommendedLeslie who scheduled my dexa scan was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. She even found a time when my three other images could be done consecutively. Check in was confusing with two lines, but there was clear social distancing, all personnel wore masks and 90% of us clients, also. Matthew, the tech who did my work up was encouraging, thoughtful, efficient. Simon Med #15 is my new favorite facility!

Got right in this time early but with Covid 19 there were a lot of cancellations.i usually have to wait well after the schedule d time

I usually have a very good experience at SimonMed. However, on 3/17/2020 I had a 10:00 am appointment arriving at 9:45 as requested. I did not have a bone scan until 10:55. I felt it was pointless to make an appointment. Once I was receiving the bone scan the technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and kept me informed about what was occurring and what would occur next.
