RecommendedHad several times open for my CT scan the next day; however, their online scheduling software could use improvement. Could not get past the box to enter Medicare’s address (there is no address on back of my Medicare card). I had two appointments and they were two and a half hours apart. They got both appts done an hour before my second appt was scheduled. Great customer service

Wait times for walk-ins for X-rays are too long! There has to be a better system for routine X-rays!

My only complaint is on-line scheduling. It was difficult to navigate for me. I went to the “chat” with Dawn. She scheduled me; or so I thought. Got to my appointment, and I wasn’t scheduled at all. Also, why can’t I call facility for appointment? They told me I had to come in. I can’t even reach the facility if I needed to cancel. Bottom line; I can’t trust the online or even reach the facility.
