I’ve had a few experiences with SimonMed in other locations where I’ve had to wait a long time for my appointment. Today at the Dobson site, after checking in, I waited 1/2 hour. The tech apologized for the delay. She was professional and informative. The doctor I saw was also kind and professional. Front desk is the weak link at all locations I’ve experienced.
My technician was very nice and professional. He kept me informed of what was going on and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. Also he did extremely good with my due injection.
