Sometimes they are so busy and other times they get you in pretty quick and your scan or X-ray. I’ve been using them for years never had any problems with them.

Had to wait an hour just to have a plain paper x-ray. Why doesn’t SimonMed schedule these type of x-rays
Hi, my name is Robi, and for the last 7 months when people call in asking for their MRI results, they are transferring them to my personal cell phone. I have called to complain numerous times, and no one seems to care. Simon Medical is giving me their private patient information to a 3rd party. sound like a serious HIPPA violation. If your wanting your information safeguarded, I would recommend going elsewhere 🤬
I had an appointment for a MRI and xrays at 8:30 yesterday and the office did not open until 8:50. I was one of the first ones in, and was called right away for the MRI, which went well. When I came out for my xrays, they had no record, so they had to start over to input them in the computer. In the meantime, I had been given the wrong amount for my co-pay, which was corrected. The SimonMed at Metro is the worst . I know it’s a walk in. However I arrived at8:50 one person ahead of me and still had to wait 30 minutes!
