The staff was polite and professional, no complaints with them. I put 3 stars because you're asked to arrive 15 minutes early, yet I was seen almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I understand appointments can run late, but it would be nice to notify people beforehand so they can decide if they want to keep their appointment or reschedule.

My experiences with SimonMed have been pleasant. Today, I had imagining completed at the Rosenberg location. The reception greeted me right away and I was being prepped for imaging just a few minutes after my arrival. Fae was excellent and made me feel comfortable during a process that required some slightly uncomfortable positions to get the best images. They got me in fast and were extremely friendly. The receptionist Alyssa was able to answer any questions I had. The techs Thao and Sergio were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. They were very communicative and made sure the experience was pleasant. I would really recommend using them in the future.

I had a great experience at this facility. I was pretty nervous about getting my MRI but both techs Thao and Sergio were very patient, welcoming and helped me feel extremely comfortable. Alyssa in the front was great, she was quick and prompt checking me in and getting me to the back quickly. Overall this facility is very pleasant and the staff are very professional and Kind.

My experience was wonderful from setting the last Minute appointment to the service they rendered. All the staff was absolutely professional and kind. The place was beautiful and very clean. They were very timely. I didn't have to wait .
