My apt was scheduled for 10:00am. I arrived at 9:30am just to make sure all the information that I provided online made it to your office. It did not. The system was not working correctly so I completed forms there. Also there was a tremendous back-up. I was kept waiting for far too long. Arrival at 9:30am and walked out at 12noon. Playing relaxing music while waiting for the procedure would be much more appropriate than watching a TV.
I was sent to the Rosenberg, Tx location and these 3 ladies were so sweet, professional and caring. I was nervous and scared and they all took time to talk to me and explain how things were going to happen. My tech, Kendra, was nothing short of amazing. She took her time. She was gentle, and she saw I was a praying person and prayed with me and for me. She helped me get through the long tests. The scheduling concierge, Monica G., amazing also! Everything was good except long wait. My appointment was at 3 pm I arrived at 2:45pm I was taken in to change out at 3:40pm. So my MRI was done at 5pm. I just wish they respected my time.
This was my very first MRI and Kendra was so nice and considerate. She did everything she possibly could to make sure I was very comfortable. She explained everything that would happen and assured me she would be right there if needed. I’m so happy that I got to do my first experience with her. Hopefully I won’t need another but it’s safe to say who ever comes across her is perfectly safe on her hands. 10 out of 10!!!
The tech in the back was very polite and helpful. She made sure I was comfortable in the machine and safe. However my experience in the beginning when I checked in with Amanda was terrible. I wasn’t greeted, I felt like I wasn’t properly assisted when it came to the questions I asked before check in. I made her aware of a billing issue and she immediately shut down and wasn’t helpful.
