First time patient here. The location is not too far from home which is a plus. Friendly welcoming by the front office staff. Not too long of a wait time. John was who took care of my ct scans, he was very kind, professional and had great respect. If I ever need imaging done again, I will definitely be scheduling here.
Everyone was incredible, so helpful and kind. I didn’t realize how nervous I would be until the procedure started. Both of the MRI technicians were so knowledgeable and helpful in getting me through the procedure. I truly couldn’t have done it without their help.
I’m an extremely claustrophobic person who needed an MRI. The two gentlemen there led and coached me through the entire experience. I had an amazing experience. If you need an MRI I highly recommend the Simon Med Rosenberg location.
I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience with Juan Aguilar also known as John one of the phlebotomists during my recent visit. The individual had visibly shaking hands and seemed unable to draw blood properly. He stock me three separate times and was still unsuccessful. What made things worse was that he tried to steady his own shaking arm by using mine, which felt very unprofessional and made me extremely uneasy. front desk staff, Amanda and Alyssa were friendly. the facility is clean. the techs were amazing as well. would definitely recommend this place!
