My apt was scheduled for 10:00am. I arrived at 9:30am just to make sure all the information that I provided online made it to your office. It did not. The system was not working correctly so I completed forms there. Also there was a tremendous back-up. I was kept waiting for far too long. Arrival at 9:30am and walked out at 12noon. Playing relaxing music while waiting for the procedure would be much more appropriate than watching a TV.

I was sent to the Rosenberg, Tx location and these 3 ladies were so sweet, professional and caring. I was nervous and scared and they all took time to talk to me and explain how things were going to happen. My tech, Kendra, was nothing short of amazing. She took her time. Came in today for a ct scan at 10:30am and receptionist was rude-this facility cancelled twice on me for their machine not working last week. I was told everything was verified before I came and explained that to the receptionist. I told her I had another appointment after this one and need to get in. I asked who contact person was and she called manager as I was calling insurance- receptionist said “not everything was rushed there” and had an attitude towards me as she looked at me a certain way. Online check-in process and information requirement submittal was terrible. Needs a lot of work to make more user friendly. Once we got to the clinic, 20 minutes early, no one there until about 5 or 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time. The ultrasound technician was great. Showed concern for my comfort, quickly and efficiently performed the test.
