RecommendedAlthough I was not able to have my MRI completed at the Lake Osprey office (not due to technician or MRI failure), Staci went above and beyond to get me rescheduled at another SimonMed facility. Tina was also great; friendly, professional and a wonderful technician. Nelson at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.
They were very accommodating and friendly. The CT scan I had was painless and quick!

It was a non anxious imaging exam. Very high tech MRI machine and just looking at it I was able to dismiss any and all fear or anxiety with having an MRI, which I have always had. Very efficient and appointment on time.
Great service! When I had to wait the receptionist checked to find out when I would go in. Also, after Ashley did the bone scan she asked if I needed a mammogram and I did. She did it too. Now. I don’t have to go back for it. Great customer service!
