Ladies at the front desk are very efficient and very polite. The waiting room is very clean, but small, so it can feel a little uncomfortable, but nothing major. The technician was efficient at her job, she doesn’t seem like a chatty person, but she ain’t rude either. Quick and nice experience overall.

A little crowded and chaotic, but was in and out quickly. VERY SMALL waiting room. Was surprised about the 3% automatic credit card charge. Who brings cash anymore. That’s a part of doing business. Just include that in your cost of service and be done. The notification system, text, emails and calls were really annoying, but I guess necessary due to some people not showing up. My appointment for a CT scan was at 10am. When I arrived, the bright & tidy waiting room was tiny & full. Some people had to stand as there weren’t enough seats. I was finally taken back around 10:40 & the very kind technician explained that due to the power outage over the weekend, the machines had to be restarted so patients couldn’t be scanned right away & that’s why they were behind schedule. I was very impressed with the staff. The receptionist was very organized and caring. She checked on me multiple times to see if I was feeling okay while drinking the contrast. The CT technician was very helpful in explaining the process and also asked specific questions about the location of my areas of concern. I feel they both went above and beyond lab experiences I have ever had. I would return for other tests.

The Tomball Location is very clean, pleasant and has by far the kindest and most considerate people I’ve ever had the absolute pleasure of being around. I felt very safe and comfortable with the MRI procedures I had done. From the receptionist to the technician the entire experience was truly exceptional. I felt the level of care, concern and professionalism that I haven’t seen in a very long time. I highly recommend this location.
