I was able to get same day appointment for a CT scan. On-line check-in process was easy. Office was quick and efficient. Technician was friendly and quick. Great experience. Only negative was smell of food in office area from employee eating at desk.
Short wait to be seen! Great customer service at the reception desk. MRI tech was so sweet and thorough with instructions. She made sure I was comfortable providing earbuds for the noise and a blanket for the chill. Received my CD quickly as well. Considering the circumstances for being there, they made the experience a really good one!
When i first arrived i was not waited on the registration person was on a very important call so the ma took the lady behind which i gave her a look like im invisible i guess then by noticing my face she then asked if i was helped i proceed to say no and she asked for my information...I really enjoyed my ultrasound tech.. she really made me feel comfortable and she respected me as a person who felt uncomfortable already she made my experience way better then expected. All went well. I was in at time schedule, no long wait. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was nervous at first about getting the MRI due to me being claustrophobic, the technician made me feel so at ease from beginning to end. A very good overall experience.👍🏽
I wish I could write a one star review for the whole company. Nothing in this story is any individuals fault, just really bad process design. TLDR: company mismanages appointment, wastes customer time and not able to get needed imaging done. I had a breast MRI scheduled for two weeks. My doctor had sent the order over, and I had confirmed the appointment and the order a few days before with their scheduling team. The day before the appointment I get a call from the imaging location saying they can only do two of these exams... read more
