When i first arrived i was not waited on the registration person was on a very important call so the ma took the lady behind which i gave her a look like im invisible i guess then by noticing my face she then asked if i was helped i proceed to say no and she asked for my information...I really enjoyed my ultrasound tech.. she really made me feel comfortable and she respected me as a person who felt uncomfortable already she made my experience way better then expected. This was one of the worst experiences I have had in over 50 years with an imaging facility. While the staff was pleasant, basic friendliness alone does not compensate for a lack of professionalism or concern for patients. When I arrived, there were three other patients in the waiting area. All three were taken back and left, yet I remained in the waiting room for an additional hour. A little crowded and chaotic, but was in and out quickly. VERY SMALL waiting room. Was surprised about the 3% automatic credit card charge. Who brings cash anymore. That’s a part of doing business. Just include that in your cost of service and be done. The notification system, text, emails and calls were really annoying, but I guess necessary due to some people not showing up. I wish I could write a one star review for the whole company. Nothing in this story is any individuals fault, just really bad process design. TLDR: company mismanages appointment, wastes customer time and not able to get needed imaging done. I had a breast MRI scheduled for two weeks. My doctor had sent the order over, and I had confirmed the appointment and the order a few days before with their scheduling team. The day before the appointment I get a call from the imaging location saying they can only do two of these exams... read more

It was my first time coming here for something I needed to get done. The ladies in the front were quick to help and I was in and out quickly once I got to the back. The young lady who did my exam was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would go here again if I needed to.
