I wish I could write a one star review for the whole company. Nothing in this story is any individuals fault, just really bad process design. TLDR: company mismanages appointment, wastes customer time and not able to get needed imaging done. I had a breast MRI scheduled for two weeks. My doctor had sent the order over, and I had confirmed the appointment and the order a few days before with their scheduling team. The day before the appointment I get a call from the imaging location saying they can only do two of these exams... read more
I was in and out very quickly. The tech that did the CT scan was proficient and professional in her interactions with me. She was able to describe the procedure in a very understandable way. The most uncomfortable I was in having to fill out the forms which used a VERY tiny font!
A little crowded and chaotic, but was in and out quickly. VERY SMALL waiting room. Was surprised about the 3% automatic credit card charge. Who brings cash anymore. That’s a part of doing business. Just include that in your cost of service and be done. The notification system, text, emails and calls were really annoying, but I guess necessary due to some people not showing up. Ladies at the front desk are very efficient and very polite. The waiting room is very clean, but small, so it can feel a little uncomfortable, but nothing major. The technician was efficient at her job, she doesn’t seem like a chatty person, but she ain’t rude either. Quick and nice experience overall.
Very easy to schedule my CT scan. When I arrived it was extremely busy (and a rather small waiting room), but because of their online paperwork option, I was seen on time with little wait time. The staff was very nice and helpful considering some of the patients I heard being angry elves. All of the staff I interacted with had a smile and explained everything happening to keep me at ease. Highly recommended this location.
