The front desk, and the ladies, in the back, were very professional, courteous, and also very helpful, and friendly. Love this place!!! I went to a different Simonmed last year(Katy), and the lady at the front desk, was very rude. Totally different experience. Even though they were very busy, at the Tomball location, they treat each patient respectfully, and with care. They kept me updated, on when my tests, would be done. Procedure was short and easy and the staff was friendly and professional. Four stars instead of five because I had to wait for almost 40 minutes past my appointment time before I was called back. Given their request to show up 15 minutes early that was close to an hour of staring at the clock. There are other Imaging facilities that consistently see me at my scheduled time.
It was busy at my appointment time and the waiting room is very small with limited seating. My appointment was at 9:20 & I don't think I went back to have scan done til 9:50. The lady that did my scan was nice and apologized for the wait.
The service at the Tomball location was good. It was a bit crowded as it was very busy. The staff were courteous. The imaging Tech was an amazing lady. Excellent customer service. The front desk ladies were amazing. On the contrary SimonMeds appointment scheduling system sucks. Had a very bad experience when attempting to make an appointment. People need to be fired and held accountable for their incompetent performance. Never got a call back from a Supervisor when requested. Hence the 2 star review. .
What a caring and kind group of people. I went for my annual mammogram. The staff was easy to work with, nice and thorough. The wait wasn’t long and the radiologist, Maria, was such a sweet person. Maria was professional and kept me at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend. (PS The door is in the SIDE of the building at the Tomball, TX location. )
