I didn’t have to wait but 5 minutes for my CTA and the tech who made the scan was real sweet and professional and she understood my anxiety. Lady up front was also real nice. Overall they made me feel safe and comfortable.
The front desk, and the ladies, in the back, were very professional, courteous, and also very helpful, and friendly. Love this place!!! I went to a different Simonmed last year(Katy), and the lady at the front desk, was very rude. Totally different experience. Even though they were very busy, at the Tomball location, they treat each patient respectfully, and with care. They kept me updated, on when my tests, would be done. The service at the Tomball location was good. It was a bit crowded as it was very busy. The staff were courteous. The imaging Tech was an amazing lady. Excellent customer service. The front desk ladies were amazing. On the contrary SimonMeds appointment scheduling system sucks. Had a very bad experience when attempting to make an appointment. People need to be fired and held accountable for their incompetent performance. Never got a call back from a Supervisor when requested. Hence the 2 star review. .
Making an appointment was easy. From the central booking I was able to choose from multiple locations close to home, and to be booked at an Open Machine which I need in just 3 days. The day of my appointment check in was quick, with a very short wait to be called for my MRI. Lisa my MRI Technician was very sweet and professional walking me through each step.. She was very helpful in getting me through my two ankle and foot MRIs. I would definately return to the facility in Tomball.
What a caring and kind group of people. I went for my annual mammogram. The staff was easy to work with, nice and thorough. The wait wasn’t long and the radiologist, Maria, was such a sweet person. Maria was professional and kept me at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend. (PS The door is in the SIDE of the building at the Tomball, TX location. )
