When i first arrived i was not waited on the registration person was on a very important call so the ma took the lady behind which i gave her a look like im invisible i guess then by noticing my face she then asked if i was helped i proceed to say no and she asked for my information...I really enjoyed my ultrasound tech.. she really made me feel comfortable and she respected me as a person who felt uncomfortable already she made my experience way better then expected. Staff were very courteous and welcoming. Appointment flowed very easy and timely. Lisa (imaging tech) explained the process thoroughly and clear. She was very kind. I enjoyed my time spent.
A little crowded and chaotic, but was in and out quickly. VERY SMALL waiting room. Was surprised about the 3% automatic credit card charge. Who brings cash anymore. That’s a part of doing business. Just include that in your cost of service and be done. The notification system, text, emails and calls were really annoying, but I guess necessary due to some people not showing up. I had an appointment on Saturday morning at 8am, for which I got there at 7:50….the tech decided to walk in at 8:15am and apparently are only given 30 minutes to do a full Abdominal Ultrasound. Me, being an Ultrasound technologist; I know you can do a complete abdomen in 30 minutes. Regardless, I laid down on the bed so she could begin the exam. I wish I could write a one star review for the whole company. Nothing in this story is any individuals fault, just really bad process design. TLDR: company mismanages appointment, wastes customer time and not able to get needed imaging done. I had a breast MRI scheduled for two weeks. My doctor had sent the order over, and I had confirmed the appointment and the order a few days before with their scheduling team. The day before the appointment I get a call from the imaging location saying they can only do two of these exams... read more
