A 5- star staff. Everyone was so kind and professional. The 4-star general rating is a result of a few specific things that I believe can be constructive. First, you HAVE to have a No Cell Phone policy in the waiting room! There were people on their phones having everything from profanity-laced, frustrated conversations about their insurance to more personal conversations best had in a more private setting. 2. Most of the reviews here seem misleading, so here’s my honest experience. If you’re considering this imaging center, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I had a scheduled appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, and still ended up waiting over an hour and a half without being seen. The facility and the workers were great. Got me in quickly and got tests done. The customer service that I dealt with to set up the appointments was terrible. They are in another country and hard to understand and made everything super difficult.
They called to cancel my appointment not 24 businesses hours after I made it saying they needed insurance approval. Turns out they needed notes from my doctor which they hadn’t sent the request in for till the next day while I was on the phone with the doctor. The person doing my MRI was great. Front desk staff and after hour people not so much. I asked for a copy of the MRI, they told me it would take 20+ minutes I asked if I could come back later to get it. I wish I could write a one star review for the whole company. Nothing in this story is any individuals fault, just really bad process design. TLDR: company mismanages appointment, wastes customer time and not able to get needed imaging done. I had a breast MRI scheduled for two weeks. My doctor had sent the order over, and I had confirmed the appointment and the order a few days before with their scheduling team.
