I wish I could write a one star review for the whole company. Nothing in this story is any individuals fault, just really bad process design. TLDR: company mismanages appointment, wastes customer time and not able to get needed imaging done. I had a breast MRI scheduled for two weeks. My doctor had sent the order over, and I had confirmed the appointment and the order a few days before with their scheduling team. The day before the appointment I get a call from the imaging location saying they can only do two of these exams... read more

I was in and out very quickly. The tech that did the CT scan was proficient and professional in her interactions with me. She was able to describe the procedure in a very understandable way. The most uncomfortable I was in having to fill out the forms which used a VERY tiny font!

A little crowded and chaotic, but was in and out quickly. VERY SMALL waiting room. Was surprised about the 3% automatic credit card charge. Who brings cash anymore. That’s a part of doing business. Just include that in your cost of service and be done. The notification system, text, emails and calls were really annoying, but I guess necessary due to some people not showing up. Very easy to schedule my CT scan. When I arrived it was extremely busy (and a rather small waiting room), but because of their online paperwork option, I was seen on time with little wait time. The staff was very nice and helpful considering some of the patients I heard being angry elves. All of the staff I interacted with had a smile and explained everything happening to keep me at ease. Highly recommended this location.

I was very impressed with the staff. The receptionist was very organized and caring. She checked on me multiple times to see if I was feeling okay while drinking the contrast. The CT technician was very helpful in explaining the process and also asked specific questions about the location of my areas of concern. I feel they both went above and beyond lab experiences I have ever had. I would return for other tests.
