I was able to get same day appointment for a CT scan. On-line check-in process was easy. Office was quick and efficient. Technician was friendly and quick. Great experience. Only negative was smell of food in office area from employee eating at desk.

Short wait to be seen! Great customer service at the reception desk. MRI tech was so sweet and thorough with instructions. She made sure I was comfortable providing earbuds for the noise and a blanket for the chill. Received my CD quickly as well. Considering the circumstances for being there, they made the experience a really good one!

The waiting room is extremely small for such a busy place. People were having to stand outside because there was not enough seating in the waiting room. Seems like there should have been more people helping people check in. There is one lady up front and then another lady would come occasionally and help if the line got three or four deep. Other than that, my experience was great!

Had to reschedule for next day because apparently they were running behind schedule. They need to let people know about this. I don’t know how long I would have waited if I didn’t get up 30 minutes after my appointment time . The next day they got me on time. The lady doing the test was marvelous! 5 STARS!!!

Went in for my first mammogram and the tech was AMAZING! She explained every single thing she was doing and why it was necessary to do it that way. I never had to ask any questions because she was so thorough in her explanations. Wait time was super short even though I was 5 mins late. I was in and out in around 35 mins and that includes the time it took to fill out new patient paperwork.. Will definitely be going back for my annuals!
