When i first arrived i was not waited on the registration person was on a very important call so the ma took the lady behind which i gave her a look like im invisible i guess then by noticing my face she then asked if i was helped i proceed to say no and she asked for my information...I really enjoyed my ultrasound tech.. she really made me feel comfortable and she respected me as a person who felt uncomfortable already she made my experience way better then expected. My first impression upon walking in to the Tomball location is that the waiting area is tiny and was very crowded. This is concerning, especially during flu season. However, the staff was friendly and very professional so my overall experience was fine. If I need imaging done in the future, I will probably choose a less crowded location.

A little crowded and chaotic, but was in and out quickly. VERY SMALL waiting room. Was surprised about the 3% automatic credit card charge. Who brings cash anymore. That’s a part of doing business. Just include that in your cost of service and be done. The notification system, text, emails and calls were really annoying, but I guess necessary due to some people not showing up. Very easy to schedule my CT scan. When I arrived it was extremely busy (and a rather small waiting room), but because of their online paperwork option, I was seen on time with little wait time. The staff was very nice and helpful considering some of the patients I heard being angry elves. All of the staff I interacted with had a smile and explained everything happening to keep me at ease. Highly recommended this location.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in over 50 years with an imaging facility. While the staff was pleasant, basic friendliness alone does not compensate for a lack of professionalism or concern for patients. When I arrived, there were three other patients in the waiting area. All three were taken back and left, yet I remained in the waiting room for an additional hour.
