It is basically the Dollar General version of imaging. Arrived at the location for my 845 AM appointment. Prior to this, I received a text that sent me to a link for my paperwork. Completed. All I had to do was to click on their app to say that I arrived. Done. I get a reply that says that there are no appointments open for me. I waited 35 minutes to see if they would call my name. I've seen my tech 3 times and every time it has been an calm and stress free. she makes the exams as comfortable as it can, And she has compassion. She talks me through everything I was aware of her every move. Thank you so much. I give her hands down a 5. Be blessed.
Best experience I’ve had at a doctors’s office possibly ever. The tech was super nice, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They had me lay down for the procedure. They could’ve helped me with a knee pillow or a neck pillow a little more but other than that top notch. The front desk staff was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Did not see an actual doctor, but did not need to as the staff and the tech did everything that I needed.
I had such a great experience at this imaging office! Everyone there was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place was spotless. The whole visit was quick and efficient, we were in and out in no time. John, who did my scan, was absolutely AMAZING! I usually get really anxious during procedures, but he made me feel completely at ease, like we’d known each other forever. He was so gentle and skilled that I didn’t even feel the IV! Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a stress-free, positive experience!
The Tech was amazing. She explain as she did her job. Ask was I comfortable and as she needed me to turn or switch positions. She was very professional. I would go back to them for any test or scans I would need in the future. I ask questions and she explain the text she was doing and looking for, for the doctors order.
