It is basically the Dollar General version of imaging. Arrived at the location for my 845 AM appointment. Prior to this, I received a text that sent me to a link for my paperwork. Completed. All I had to do was to click on their app to say that I arrived. Done. I get a reply that says that there are no appointments open for me. I waited 35 minutes to see if they would call my name. Absolutely unacceptable! Whoever is scheduling for this office needs to be fired. I showed up at 10:45am for an 11:00am heart scan appointment. All paperwork was filled out prior to showing up. I checked in, paid and sat down to wait. I wasn’t seen until 11:50am. The only reason I gave two stars is because the tech was great and very humble about being behind. He was extremely overloaded that morning with patients stacking up. The thing is, it wasn’t just the scan guy, I saw MRI’s and X-Rays stacking up the same way. I will ... read more
I've seen my tech 3 times and every time it has been an calm and stress free. she makes the exams as comfortable as it can, And she has compassion. She talks me through everything I was aware of her every move. Thank you so much. I give her hands down a 5. Be blessed.
The receptionist at the front was very friendly and patient. Can't remember her name but our birthday was one day apart. Lol the girl who performed the MRI wasn't very friendly but hey she could have been tired idk. But overall experience was good.
Destiny at the front was very helpful and patient when card would not work and with the waiting room as full as it was and the people barging past me being rude to her she handled herself with a high level of professionalism excellent job I don't think I could have done better .sorry I lost the card for the lady that did my ultrasound but she made it go pleasantly as possible talking and keeping the time going fast excellent staff excellent atmosphere for a medical facility. Grateful job all
