Let’s say you are planning to drive around the country for vacation with your 50 year old car. Great MRI experience. The tech was so helpful and reassuring. It was nice to listen to spa music and watch nature videos during the MRI. I would highly recommend SimonMed!
Was unable to locate booking and we had to call our friend at 8pm to fulfill the order even though the marketing said no referral needed. Also, they charged us 100.00 more than web page and brochure.
Eric was the technician for the MRI that I had. He took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do so that I was very relaxed and comfortable. It took exactly the amount of time that he had sent it would take. I was very satisfied with my experience.
Cold, unwelcoming, uncomfortable waiting at facility. Only one locker. Had to wait until prior scan took clothes out, to put mine in. Short staffed - one person does many jobs. Casually dressed or disheveled staff. MRI burned the top of my head.
