I am very appreciative of SimonMed providing a free MRI for teachers, so that I received excellent health information and data. Jennie Xu, who went over my results with me, was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. However, the person who performed the MRI was brusque, insensitive, and treated me as less than human. I didn’t get her name, but I had my procedure done on January 23rd in Prescott, AZ. Eric was the technician for the MRI that I had. He took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do so that I was very relaxed and comfortable. It took exactly the amount of time that he had sent it would take. I was very satisfied with my experience.
I had a great experience with SimonMed. Everyone there was very professional and knowledgeable about this procedure. It's a great peace of mind to know what is or is not going on in your body. I would highly recommend SimonMed.
This was my first full body scan and MRI. The technician that performed the service didn’t say six words to me to tell me what I was to expect other than to say stay still.. Really disappointed with the level of professionalism I would’ve expected her to tell me at least what I should expect from the experience. my wife and I had the same procedure done. The provider who went through my results was excellent. She really cared to make it personal and explain in details that I could understand. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. The actual imaging experience was less than perfect. They had issues with the machine. They had me in the imaging machine for a long period of time without communicating that something was wrong. What should’ve taken an hour took well over an hour and a half.
