Pleasant staff that greeted me kindly after I arrived late following a tour-of-Prescott thinking the scan was at a different location. On that note, I would suggest updating the forms and text communication with the address and direct phone number of the MRI location making it easy to find. It was frustrating being in the car, trying to make a phone call to speak to someone, and having to go through a series of prompts. I am very appreciative of SimonMed providing a free MRI for teachers, so that I received excellent health information and data. Jennie Xu, who went over my results with me, was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. However, the person who performed the MRI was brusque, insensitive, and treated me as less than human. I didn’t get her name, but I had my procedure done on January 23rd in Prescott, AZ. Eric was the technician for the MRI that I had. He took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do so that I was very relaxed and comfortable. It took exactly the amount of time that he had sent it would take. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I had a great experience with SimonMed. Everyone there was very professional and knowledgeable about this procedure. It's a great peace of mind to know what is or is not going on in your body. I would highly recommend SimonMed.

Follow up left a lot to be desired. Date of MRI is wrong on the paperwork, but person couldn’t find that I’d had an appt AND we were given California’s time for the telemed consult. The confirmation only said 8:30a NOT Pacific time or Az time and there’s an hour difference this time of year.
