I am very appreciative of SimonMed providing a free MRI for teachers, so that I received excellent health information and data. Jennie Xu, who went over my results with me, was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. However, the person who performed the MRI was brusque, insensitive, and treated me as less than human. I didn’t get her name, but I had my procedure done on January 23rd in Prescott, AZ. The MRI experience with Eric was excellent. I am assuming he got pictures that will help with evaluation. I would say the communication prior to the actual MRi was not very good. Access & specifics preparing for MRI were terrible. Once a person pays & has a date scheduled, it should be simple….NOT‼️
Was unable to locate booking and we had to call our friend at 8pm to fulfill the order even though the marketing said no referral needed. Also, they charged us 100.00 more than web page and brochure.
Eric was the technician for the MRI that I had. He took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do so that I was very relaxed and comfortable. It took exactly the amount of time that he had sent it would take. I was very satisfied with my experience.
