I had an amazing experience. Both people that were working were really helpful. My technician, worked super hard to make me feel comfortable during my MRI w/o contrast. The only reason why I gave four stars. I went to the wrong location. It would be helpful in the reminder by text, that the location is included. I looked online and it directed me to different location. Totally my error. Like I said would be helpful to included the location in the text reminder.

Front desk associate was engaging and attentive to those coming in. Hanna the technician was the best I have come across. She was very caring in assisting me in getting into position, communicating what to expect and made sure my overall experience was a good one. In a word, she was awesome and I would recommend her to anyone.

My experience at this specific location at this specific time was pretty fantastic! Office staff were so kind, the MRI tech was great, I was fairly comfortable during the MRI. But SimonMed rescheduled me 3 times before I got here. It was incredibly frustrating, and two of them occurred in the two hours before my appointment would have been. I would rank Simon Medical Imaging a 10. Based on there daily appt reminders, plus a link to complete New Patient Info/History. The staff at facity was completed. Upon appt arrival, staff was courteous and efficient, securing patient forms were completed, including Insurance. Shane, the imaging attendant was especially considerate with Patient comfort, prior to procedure. Everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. I didn't have to wait at all. The machine was in good condition. So much better than my recent experience at a different facility. Highly recommend!
