Front desk and MRI staff were wonderful. My initial appointment was with mountain view location and they changed my appointment last minute to los gatos. When I went there to my surprise there was no appointment!. The kind front desk lady helped me book one and also expedite it when the technician had some free time in between. It was such save! The MRI tech was very very kind and very good with the job. They gave back the results instantly as well. Overall this is the best place!

Had a brain MRI with & without contrast yesterday and was very nervous, but Khana was incredible. She was fantastic during my brain scan. So kind, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Thank you for the wonderful care! They took the time to explain every step, provided a squeeze ball for communication, and ensured I was comfortable with a blanket. Excellent experience at SimonMed.Highly recommend this facility for anyone needing a calm experience!

The imaging technician at SimonMed was excellent — professional, kind, efficient, and made the actual appointment a very positive experience. Unfortunately, the scheduling and phone support process was extremely frustrating. A call that should have taken about 10 minutes lasted nearly 50 minutes because the phone representative repeatedly struggled to correctly enter basic information such as my insurance numbers, letters, and even the spelling of my name. I had an amazing experience. Both people that were working were really helpful. My technician, worked super hard to make me feel comfortable during my MRI w/o contrast. The only reason why I gave four stars. I went to the wrong location. It would be helpful in the reminder by text, that the location is included. I looked online and it directed me to different location. Totally my error. Like I said would be helpful to included the location in the text reminder.

Staff were all very pleasant and polite which is so necessary when people don't feel well or are concerned about their health. I did bring in my previous MRI, on a disk from a different provider. But was unable to get added to my file that visit. You need to train more of your people to be able to download the disk, so that a comparison study can be done. Hopefully, we finally achieved this, but not before, I had to drive to a different building on the second night.
