This was my first time coming to SimonMed Imaging and I was honestly a little unsure at first because before my appointment I had read a lot of bad reviews on Yelp. I had an 8 AM appointment and showed up a little early. Annette helped me when I arrived and she was really kind, sweet, and friendly. I was so grateful to make an appointment within a few days. The staff is friendly, informative and attentive. The MRI experience was smooth. Peaceful setting, parking easily found, loved the mobile check in with insurance card & ID upload, clean and modern facilities. Located next to Sharp Rees Stealy in Mira Mesa.

I recently brought my 82‑year‑old mother in for an MRI, and the entire experience was truly outstanding. She was very nervous, but the staff showed an incredible level of kindness and compassion from the moment we walked in. They greeted her warmly, spoke to her with such patience, and never made her feel rushed or burdensome — something that meant a lot to both of us. Excellent customer service! Annette was a gem to talk to and a great help. She went out of her way to ensure we had a good experience. And Esmerelda was very nice as well. They make a very good front desk team!
