I recently brought my 82‑year‑old mother in for an MRI, and the entire experience was truly outstanding. She was very nervous, but the staff showed an incredible level of kindness and compassion from the moment we walked in. They greeted her warmly, spoke to her with such patience, and never made her feel rushed or burdensome — something that meant a lot to both of us. I was so grateful to make an appointment within a few days. The staff is friendly, informative and attentive. The MRI experience was smooth. Peaceful setting, parking easily found, loved the mobile check in with insurance card & ID upload, clean and modern facilities. Located next to Sharp Rees Stealy in Mira Mesa.

Great experience! Donna C. At the front desk was amazing. There was some issue with my order showing up incorrectly (on my Drs side, not theirs), and she walked me through what I would need to get it fixed and helped me through the process while still juggling a busy waiting room.

Received the best care at this location. Donna is nothing short of amazing and is the epitome of what customer service should be! The office is very clean and tidy. I genuinely would recommend this place to anyone.

Had an urgent need for x-rays to enable the timely continuation of a VA evaluation. Donna C. at Simonmed Imaging - Miramar greeted us warmly as we walked in the door and treated us professionally and with pleasant humor as she arranged to have the x-rays taken and the appropriate paperwork routed as required. The radiologist was also both friendly and professional - I would happily recommend this office to family and friends.
