I could only give them 2 stars as I never got past the front desk. My Imaging tests were canceled today after I arrived at the Orange City location. The technician at that location stated that I had to bring or have sent over previous films from the screening that was done. If that was the case why didn't anyone that I spoke to that was connected to SimonMed tell me it was mandatory for me to bring those films before I could have the other films done. The overall experience was good. The receptionist was a little, let's just say it was early morning and she hadn't had that first pot of coffee. However, she rallied somewhat at the end just before she showed me the door with a "don't let the door hit you on your way out", sort of way. Other than that she was aces. The man who took the pictures was the absolute class of the field. He greeted me with courtesy and a kind, pleasant banter. All of this while directing me through the imagining process. This was my first time here and the staff made me feel so comfortable, which was a relief for such an "awkward" procedure. They were incredibly friendly and put me at ease right away. I really appreciated their kindness throughout the whole experience. If I ever need anything like this again, I'll definitely be back. They truly made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable.

After the scheduling call center experience (1stars-because they did eventually, after 15 minutes, book me an appointment... but then continued to reach out to me several times daily to schedule after I already was). I was pleasantly surprised at how well this location's office was ran, it was clean, and the staff at this location was beyond pleasant and professional to work with. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes of my appointment time. Would definitely use their services again.

SimonMed is hands down my go-to facility for image referrals. From the moment you enter the door, you're greeted with warm, friendly smiles. The staff is genuinely compassionate and has excellent bedside manners. If I could give you 10 Stars, I would because your staff and beautiful facility in Orange City, deserve it.
