SimonMed is hands down my go-to facility for image referrals. From the moment you enter the door, you're greeted with warm, friendly smiles. The staff is genuinely compassionate and has excellent bedside manners. If I could give you 10 Stars, I would because your staff and beautiful facility in Orange City, deserve it.
My experience at simon med was very mixed. The ladies at the front desk are angels. I could see they enjoyed their job and working together. However, my experience with the tech that did my CT scan made me feel uncomfortable. She kept asking me what my reason was for the scan and asking about my treatment plan. I don't mind answering questions if I felt this person would provide insight. All she did was constantly question why I was getting the CT scan, which was none of her business to begin with. On April 17, 2026, I scheduled multiple imaging exams with Simon med. I needed an MRI and a CT scan of different parts of my body for two different doctors. Simon med told me they could not schedule the exams together and had to separate them between two different days. The MRI was scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2026, and the CT scan was scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Just had another imaging center cancel our appointment the day before with no notice bevause they dont accept her insurance after having the appointment set up for a month prior. Picked up my order and took it to Simonmed in Orange city and they got us in that same afternoon. Thanks to Jodi for going the extra mile and contacting their authorization department to have them switch the provider on the authorization. We got it done and can keep or surgery schedule. Scheduler was very nice but the whole process from patient info to patient responsibility was 45 minutes long. I guess it could have been less if provider sent order to Simon Med. Other than that the employees at Simon Med in Orange City are always nice and friendly. They get 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
