After the scheduling call center experience (1stars-because they did eventually, after 15 minutes, book me an appointment... but then continued to reach out to me several times daily to schedule after I already was). I was pleasantly surprised at how well this location's office was ran, it was clean, and the staff at this location was beyond pleasant and professional to work with. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes of my appointment time. Would definitely use their services again.
Orange city office is very nice. Been here before. Front desk were very nice. So friendly and courteous. Check in and check out super fast. Things went diff when mammogram tech called me in. She was not courteous at ALL actually blunt, short and rude Didn't ask how my day was how i was NOTHING! i was just asked my name and DATE OF BIRTH robotically went on. This was my first time here and the staff made me feel so comfortable, which was a relief for such an "awkward" procedure. They were incredibly friendly and put me at ease right away. I really appreciated their kindness throughout the whole experience. If I ever need anything like this again, I'll definitely be back. They truly made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable.
My MRI technician Laura at Orange City location was just the most caring, empathetic, kind and concerned person I had ever met. She is so kind and comforting and reassuring all will be fine during the test. Plus the front office is on point. They were able to find my previous records ( under the previous owner) very sweet and welcoming personnel at the check in desk. 100% fabulous experience!!
I had an excellent experience at SimonMed Imaging in Orange City. I originally scheduled my appointment by phone on 1/19 for an MRI on 1/21 at noon. I arranged childcare and arrived on time, only to find during check-in that my appointment was not showing in the system—despite all of my paperwork being on file.
