As usual they run about an hour late. The person I dealt with at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The x-ray technician also very pleasant. The ultrasound technician was very short and acted like she would rather be anywhere else than having to put up with people.

Place was clean. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. I took 1 star off because they should post on the website, door, check in, and walls to prohibit colognes & perfumes like most doctors offices do. Or at least supply face masks at check in. I instantly got a migraine walking in because someone's cologne was so strong.

I was scheduled for both an X-ray and a CT scan and had already paid my copay and insurance portion. I had been fasting since the prior day for my 2:00 PM appointment. After waiting over 45 minutes, I was taken for the X-ray, then asked to wait again for the CT. After another 25 minutes, I was told I could not have the CT because iodine was used and the CT should have been done first. I came as I was told 25 minutes before my procedure. I waited almost an hour and I was worried if my procedure will be done. I came to the front to inquire if my procedure was canceled because I have been waiting for a long time. I was asked if someone told me that they are running late as schedule. I was able to book my appointment efficiently and was able to schedule my imaging before any other facility could accommodate my need for an appointment. Although it was busy everyone was efficient and during my imaging the technicians were caring and communicated well. The technicians took quality time during the scans and the radiologist read my imaging at that very moment which gave me a sense of relief of not having to await the final results. The patient portal was great.
