The appointment was so easy to set up!! I was able to schedule my ultrasound right after my mammo. How convenient!!! And to my surprise it was only five minutes from my house. The girls at the front were very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff is so friendly and happy. What a great experience. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!
I was scheduled for both an X-ray and a CT scan and had already paid my copay and insurance portion. I had been fasting since the prior day for my 2:00 PM appointment. After waiting over 45 minutes, I was taken for the X-ray, then asked to wait again for the CT. After another 25 minutes, I was told I could not have the CT because iodine was used and the CT should have been done first. Horrible!!!!! This place could not ever get my appointments right. The first time I went there, I was in their office for over 5hrs. while they were on the phone with my insurance company trying to get approval after they told me it was already approved. They then scheduled the appointment for a week later. This after about 5 one hour phone calls. The second took over two weeks and 7 phone calls. Worst place ever. Waiting for over a week for my Dxa scan results. No one has any idea what is going on. No one answers the phone in the office. No one cares. I spent an entire day trying to get the scan and had to go to two different locations. Spent over 3 hours today trying to call the facility and no answer. I am scared something went wrong, maybe the lost my results.
Was told they were running behind. Wait would be about 1 hr. Waited 1.5 hrs. Went to the desk to see if I was ever going to get called. Receptionist asked what I was there for, told her, then she found my name and said I was next on the list. And I was along with 3 others. Way too long a wait for a 5 min. Test. Facilities did not seem clean. Were all the exam tables throughly disinfected between patients? Doubt it. The tech at least pulled a clean sheet of paper over my exam table.
