The office visit was great and the admin at the front desk is amazing!! However, getting the referral upload to your company portal and my information being uploaded into your system was extremely difficult. It took 4 weeks for my doctor to finally get it uploaded to the Simon Med portal. Also, we tried calling to ask for assistance but we were never able to get ahold of anyone. In summary the in person experience was great. But the electronic/computer experience needs some major improvements.
They got me in fast and were extremely friendly. The receptionist Alyssa was able to answer any questions I had. The techs Thao and Sergio were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. They were very communicative and made sure the experience was pleasant. I would really recommend using them in the future.
I had a great experience at this facility. I was pretty nervous about getting my MRI but both techs Thao and Sergio were very patient, welcoming and helped me feel extremely comfortable. Alyssa in the front was great, she was quick and prompt checking me in and getting me to the back quickly. Overall this facility is very pleasant and the staff are very professional and Kind.
The staff was polite and professional, no complaints with them. I put 3 stars because you're asked to arrive 15 minutes early, yet I was seen almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I understand appointments can run late, but it would be nice to notify people beforehand so they can decide if they want to keep their appointment or reschedule.
After discovering the Rosenberg facility for my imaging needs, I will never go anywhere else! They are always the most compassionate, helpful and caring professionals. They are always on time yet often can work you in. There is never a wait. It’s super easy to request from your doctors and with facilities at all points of town there is surely one close by to meet your needs.
