The front office was friendly and efficient both on the phone and in person. They get 5 stars. The radiology tech seemed very laissez-faire about my comfort and safety. I had no hand buzzer to contact her during the first MRI. And my right arm was squashed as I went into the tube. Also each of my arms was touching the sides of the machine. It got very warm. She gets a 3/5 stars.

I was displeased with the fact that a mere two hours before the appointment that it was cancelled because the unit was out of commission. I then had to reschedule the MRI appointment that was supposed to be in downtown San Francisco during the afternoon to a different location that is 25 miles away. The effort it took to do this rescheduling was hindered by the fact that the person I was talking with did not appear to have visibility into the schedules of other SimonMed locations. I got the Ultrasound examination on San Mateo SimonMed suite. The front desk service staff was very friendly and high efficient to complete my check-in procedure. The lady technician also kept on time (8:30AM) to provide me the US examination . She was very patient, professional and high efficient to complete the examination in 15 minutes. It’s really a very nice experience.

First time with SimonMeds, although information extensively asked/provided I still have to file quite few paperwork which was waist of time. There was only one person at the front desk who was training someone which caused delays. I had 11:45 am appointment but still waiting to be called at 12:20. I had another DRs appointment at 1:15 pm hemde I had them reschedule imaging for the afternoon which was major inconvenience. Please schedule enough people so your staff can take necessary breaks as well. Thanks.

Called day before appointment to make sure a tech would be there the following day. Was told absolutely 9-5. Asked specifically about lunch hour 12-1 and was told absolutely. Showed up next day to be informed I was misinformed. Come back tomorrow, yesterday after 2:30. Showed up waited an hour to go into X-ray room to be informed by tech that he did not have proper machine for X-ray. Simple hip post replacement. He jerry rigged it.
